摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the life of a molding die by making either of a cavity plate or a core plate of the die of metal and the other of resin. SOLUTION: A cavity plate 1 and a core plate 2 are of the injection molding die for molding a cover for a mouse to be used for computer operation. The cavity plate 1 is manufactured by cutting a metal block, while the core plate 2 is manufactured with a resin. In the center of the core plate 2, a core 25 for molding the inner face of the cover for the mouse is formed protruding. The surface 26 of the core plate 2 corresponds to the surface 16 of the cavity plate 1. Further, on both right/left sides of the core plate 2, guide protrusion 27 which fit into the guide recessed parts 20 of the cavity plate 1 are formed. Thus it is possible to prolong the life of the molding die while maintaining the same manhours of manufacturing this molding die as those for a resin mold.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat resistance and chemical resistance by constituting an inner layer by fluororubber having hydrogen in a molecule, and forming an outer layer in a two-layer structure for enclosing the outer layer with perfluororubber without gap. SOLUTION: In an O-ring constituted at an inner layer by a fluororubber of vinylidene fluoride and at an outer layer by a perfluororubber, an unvulcanized vinylidene fluoride rubber compound uniformly mixed with carbon, a vulcanizer and other additive and an unvulcanized perfluororubber compound mixed in the same manner are prepared, and a string-like material in which a vinylidene fluororubber compound is disposed on an inner layer and an unvulcanized perfluororubber compound is disposed in a uniform thickness on its outer periphery is prepared. The string-like material is cut, and set to an O-ring compression mold. This mold is compression vulcanized by a hot plate press held in advance to a vulcanizing temperature, fusion-bonded at its ends, and simultaneously the vinylidene fluoride rubber and perfluororubber are vulcanized to obtain the O-ring.

SOLUTION: The method for molding and processing special rubber comprises the first step of obtaining a tube shape or string-like element continued by extruding a perfluoro rubber compound before vulcanization by an extrusion mold having dies 1, 3 and a nipple 2 or the die at an end and a cylinder 4 including a piston 5 vertically movable therein, and the second step of obtaining a free size O-ring by inserting a metal bar into the tube, press vulcanizing it, then drawing the bar, then secondarily vulcanizing it to obtain the tube or cutting the string in a predetermined length, then vulcanization adhering both the ends in a connected state by the press mold, compression step vulcanizing the other unvulcanized portion and then secondarily vulcanizing it.

SOLUTION: The three-dimensional computer plan data of a final hollow product is formed (S1) and a mold made of a synthetic resin for a core is formed on the basis of the plan data by an optical shaping method (S2) and a low m.p. metal is injected into the mold for the core to cast the core made of the low m.p. metal (S4) and, separately from the core, a matrix made of a synthetic resin is formed on the basis of the plan data by an optical shaping method (S3) to combine the matrix and the core (S5). A synthetic resin is allowed to flow into the gap between the matrix and the core and a resin molded product is detached from the matrix along with the core and, thereafter, the core is melted to be removed to obtain a hollow resin molded product.
