    • PURPOSE:To maintain gaps at sealing parts at constant by following up to the surface waviness of a matter to be compressed and consequently enhance the sealing effect at the sealing part by a structure wherein a pressing means to press floating members, each of which is vertically shiftably fitted to each opening peripheral edge part of a pressurizing chamber, towards a conveying belt and a sealing fluid feeding means to feed and fill sealing fluid between said floating member and said conveying belt respectively are provided. CONSTITUTION:Pressurizing fluid 14 is fed in each gas (pressurizing chamber) 13, which is formed by a floating member 9 and a groove part 8b, in order to press the floating member 9 toward an endless steel belt 2. Sealing fluid 11 pushed out of a recess 9a fills a sealing part 5, resulting in preventing pressurizing fluid 6 from flowing outside. In addition, a gap filled by the sealing fluid 11 is formed between the endless steel belt 2 and the floating member 9. Accordingly, the endless steel belt 2 is transferred without contacting a peripheral edge part 8a. A matter to be compressed 3 is pushed between the endless steel belts 2 and transferred so as to be subjected to press-working during transferring. The gap at the sealing part 5 is held at constant by controlling the pressure between the gaps with the gap between the floating member 9 and the endless steel belt 2.

    • PURPOSE:To surely prevent a working surface of a conveyor belt from getting polluted with a fluid for sealing (and fluid for pressurizing), as the time goes on by providing a checking frame of low friction material having a pressurereduced adsorption hole on a bottom surface to the outer peripheral section of a pressurizing chamber where the pressurizing chamber is in contact with the surface of an upper conveyor belt. CONSTITUTION:A subject 3 to be compressed is inserted between endless steel belts 2a and 2b and pressurized and processed while being conveyed to the right. Fluid 6 for pressurizing injected in each of pressurized chambers 4a and 4b pressurizes endless steel belts 2a and 2b with a uniform surface pressure while circulating in respective pressurizing chambers 4a and 4b in a flow channel, and the subject 3 to be compressed is pressurized with a uniform surface pressure by the pressure force. At that time, to prevent the fluid for pressurizing in the pressurizing chamber 4a from leaking, the fluid for sealing fed to a periphery section 8a of respective pressurizing housing 8 adheres to a contact surface of the pressurizing chamber of the conveyor belt 2a little by little and leaks out. The leaked fluid is checked by a frame 9 provided on the outer periphery of the conveyor belt 2a. The fluid checked by said frame 9 and increased in its volume in the frame 9 is overflowed out of the sides 12a and 12b in parallel with the belt conveyor direction and flowed down out of the device through an inclined guide plate 13.

    • PURPOSE:To surely prevent the stain on the useful surface of a transfer belt due to the leakage of the fluid for sealing by a method in which in the front and rear positions in the belt transferring direction near each pressurized chambers being mutually opposite, rotating rolls are provided so as to be brought in close contact with the pressurized chamber contacting surface of each transfer belt, and soft linear members which are in close contact with both edges of the under surface of the above transfer belt and send said belt together, are provided. CONSTITUTION:In front and rear positions in the belt transferring direction near each pressu rized chamber 4a, 4b, rotating rolls 9a, 9b and 10a, 10b for respectively obstructing fluid, are provided on the surface of the pressurized chamber contacting side of each transfer belts 2a, 2b so as to be brought in close contact mutually. The length dimension of these rotating rolls 9a, 9b and 10a, 10b are formed to be larger than the width dimension of the transfer belts 2a, 2b. On both edges of the under surface of the above transfer belt 2a (the surface opposite to the contacting surface of the pressurized chamber 4a), the endless V-belts (linear members) 13a, 13b for damming are provided so as to send the belt 2a together in close contact state with the moving transfer belt 2a. The sealing fluid fed to the peripheral edge 8a of each pressurized chamber-housing 8, leaks out little by little, while said fluid adheres to the pressurized chamber contacting surface of the transfer belts 2a, 2b, but it is dammed by each rotating roll 9a, 9b and 10a, 10b. Further when the fluid flows along the under surface of the transfer belt 2a, it is dammed by the linear members 13a, 13b, and is caused to flow downward.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to continuously apply high pressure to a matter to be compressed by a method wherein sealing fluid is filled into the space between the outer edge of a stationary pressurizing chamber and the belt- or sheet-like matter. CONSTITUTION:In a continuous pressurizing device employing endless steel belts, the mutual intervals between an upper and a lower stationary pressurizing chambers 4 and 4 are set by hydraulic cylinders, joint shafts or the like. In the above-mentioned state, sealing fluid 7 is poured under pressure in sealing parts 5 and at the same time pressurizing fluid 6 is also poured under pressure in stationary chambers 4. Uniform surface pressure is applied on the steel belts 2 by the pressures of the pressurizing fluid 6, resulting in pressurizing a matter to be compressed 3 under uniform surface pressure. In addition, because the sealing fluid 7 is supplied at a pressure higher than the pressure in the stationary pressurizing chamber 4, the layer of a stable flat sheet-like sealing fluid 7 is formed at the gap part of the sealing part 5. Accordingly, the continuous pressing of the matter to be compressed is made possible without damaging the surfaces of the belt- or sheet-like matter.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of sealing fluids out of pressurizing chambers from contaminating matter to be compressed and interposing between conveying belts and drums for driving the conveying bolts by a method wherein at least a pair of sealing belts, which circulate between the conveying belts and the opening parts of the pressurizing chambers, are provided and, in addition, linear projections are provided on each sealing belt at the positions corresponding to both end parts of the opening part of the pressurizing chamber. CONSTITUTION:Pressurizing fluid, which is poured in pressurizing chambers 4, circulates respectively in the pressurizing chambers 4 so as to press conveying belts 2 under uniform surface pressure through sealing belts 5, resulting in pressing and heating or cooling matter to be compressed 3. In this case, sealing fluid, which has a pressure higher than that of the pressurizing fluid in the pressurizing chamber 4, is poured in sealing parts 7 and forms stable flat-plate-like layer in the gap of each sealing part 7 by flowing out of each sealing part 7, resulting in sealing the pressurizing fluid in the pressurizing chamber 4 and preventing its peripheral edge part 8a and the sealing belt 5 from coming into contact with each other. Further, linear projections 9 provided on the belt 5 prevent the sealing fluid leaked out of the peripheral edge part 8a from running over the belt 5.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a continuously pressurizing device, the significant surface of conveying belts of which are surely prevented from tainting by a method wherein freely rotatable and flexible rolls having specified dimensions are arranged normal to the conveying direction of the belts so as to closely come into contact with the abutting surfaces of pressurizing chambers at positions before and after and near the respective pressurizing chambers, which face each other, in the conveying direction of the belts. CONSTITUTION:The length of each of revolving rolls 9a, 9b, 10a and 10b is made longer than the width of each of conveying belts 2a and 2b so that both ends of each roll protrude beyond both edges of each of the conveying belts 2a and 2b. Pressurizing fluids respectively poured in pressurizing chambers 4a and 4b pressurize the endless steel belts 2a and 2b with uniform surface pressure while circulating through the respective pressurizing chambers 4a and 4b so as to pressurize a matter to be compressed 3 with uniform surface pressure. At this time, though sealing fluids supplied to the peripheral edge parts 8a of the respective pressurizing chamber housings 8 leak under the condition adhered to the surfaces, which abut against the pressurizing chambers, of the conveying belts 2a and 2b, the leaked sealing fluids are dammed up by the respective revolving rolls 9a, 9b, 10a and 10b, which rotate at the same angular speed as that of the conveying belts 2a and 2b, resulting in flowing down the fluids from both end parts, which protrude outside the belts, of each of the rolls.

    • PURPOSE:To execute continuously stable high-pressure pressing by providing roll guides and meandering preventive guides so that upper and lower rolls facing each other are always held at approximately the same vertical plane with respect to a material to be pressed and that the roll groups are held in the adequate positions in the axial line direction. CONSTITUTION:A pair of upper and lower rolls 3 and 3' face each other and move when the upper roll 3 group and the lower roll 3' group enter the pressing part between upper and lower supports 4 and 4'. The other rolls 3 are grasped by the roll guides 6 which are fixed to one rolls 3' and are thereby moved. As a result, the axial centers of the upper and lower rolls 3, 3' facing each other are held at the same vertical plane. The grasping of the rolls is automatically released when the rolls pass in this state through the pressing part. On the other hand, the meandering preventive guides 9, 9' which are disposed in the desired position of the same pressing part guide the rolls 3 and 3' while controlling the traveling position of the side parts of the respective roll groups thereof thereby preventing the movement of the rolls in the axial line direction, i.e., meandering.

    • PURPOSE:To enable the title equipment to perform a heating processing and cooling processing continuously, by a method wherein a pressurizing fluid for heating and that for cooling are circulated separately from each other by dividing the pressure chamber into two chambers or more. CONSTITUTION:A thin 3 to be compressed is placed between endless steel belts 2 and the same is pressurized and processed while the same is being conveyed. In other words, pressurizing fluids 6a, 6b poured within pressure chambers 4a, 4b pressurize endless steel belt 2 at uniform surface pressure while circulating within the pressure chambers 4a, 4b as shown by an arrow. Then the thing 3 to be compressed is pressurized at uniform surface pressure by this force. Then the thing 3 to be compressed is heated or cooled by a temperature difference among the pressurizing fluids 6a, 6b and endless steel belt 2. In other words, the thing 3 to be compressed is heated at the time when the same passes through the pressure chamber 4a and the same is cooled at the time when same passes through the pressure chamber 4b. With this construction, in the case where, for example, laminate processing is performed, the thing 3 to be compressed is heated and fused at a position of the pressure chamber 4a and then the same is cooled and molded at a position of the pressure chamber 4b.
