    • PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of active carbon by returning liquid gasoline stagnated on the bottom of a canister to a fuel tank surely. CONSTITUTION:A liquid gasoline processing system is provided with a fuel tank 31 holding liquid gasoline, a canister 33 provided with a gasoline vapour take in port and having a return line connection port on its bottom, a first piping 36 for communicating the return line 36 connection port of the canister with the upper space of the fuel tank, a second piping 35 for communicating the gasoline vapour take in port or the canister with the upper space of the tank, a first open/close valve 41 provided on the first piping and second open/ close valve 40 provided on the second piping. This system is also composed of an ECU 51 which can make such control that the liquid gasoline stagnated in the upper space of the fuel tank can be sent to the canister by closing this first open/close valve and also controlling the second open/close valve openly and thereafter the liquid gasoline stagnated on the bottom of the canister can be returned to the fuel tank by controlling the second open/close valve closely and also controlling the first open/close valve openly.

    • PURPOSE:To promote the miniaturization of evaporated fuel treating equipment in heightening the adsorptive function of evaporated fuel in time of fueling and the desorption function in time of engine driving respectively, by heating a canister at a time when a fuel residual quantity in a fuel tank is still abundant but when it is little, suspending the heating the other way. CONSTITUTION:A float 12 moves up and down according to the height of a level of fuel in a fuel tank 1, therefore when a fuel quantity is much, it goes up, and a movable contact 13c comes into contact with two fixed contacts 13a and 13b, whereby a switch 13 is turned on. Likewise, the float 12 goes down if the quantity in the tank 1 becomes lessened attendingly, and when the movable contact 13c separates from these fixed contacts 13a and 13b, the switch 13 is turned off. The fuel quantity in the case of the switch 13 turned off is a time it has come to that requires an oil charge. On end of an electric heater 11 stored in a adsorbent 8 of a canister 6 is connected to the contact 13a of the switch 13, and the other end is connected to a contact 15a of a key switch 15, respectively.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mud and dust contained in the inflow atmosphere from invading the inside of an opening and closing valve, so as to improve reliability of the opening and closing valve operation, by providing the opening and closing valve and an air filter in this order in an atmosphere releasing passage of a canister, providing an atmosphere passage on the atmosphere releasing side of the canister, and providing the opening and closing means on it. SOLUTION: A selector valve 15 is normally opened by de-energisation of a solenoid, oil is supplied to a fuel tank in this state, evaporation fuel is allowed to flow from an inlet 10a into a canister 10 when the evaporation fuel are generated in great quantities, and fuel component is adsorbed by an adsorbent 11. After that, air is allowed to flow out from an atmosphere releasing port 10c to an atmosphere releasing passage 14 through the selector valve 15, a one-way valve 19 is opened, and the air is discharged from an atmosphere port 19c. When negative pressure acts on the canister 10 after an engine is operated, the one-way valve 19 is closed by pressure-contact of a float 19a with a valve seat 19b, and clean air have been passed an air filter 16 is sucked into the canister 10.
