摘要： PURPOSE:To detect easily and accurately an abnormal posture of an article perforated with a through-hole, by detecting transmissivity of an irradiate beam of light from a light-source by a through-hole of an article for judgement of a normal or abnormal postured of the article. CONSTITUTION:An article 2 is delivered to a product receiver 4 from a charge chute 1. And a beam 4 light irradiated from a light flashing apparatus 22 is detected for its arrival at a light-receiving apparatus 23. In this case, if the article 2 assumes a proper posture, namely, if a through-hole 2a of the article 2 is aligned with a straightening axes 5, 6, the beam of light from the apparatus 22 arrives at the apparatus 23 after passing through the through-hole 2a of the article 2 and consequently, the proper posture of the article 2 is detected. Later, each straightening rod 5 and 6 is displaced to the product receiver side 4 by operating swing arms 15, 16. By this arrangement, ends of the straightening rods 5, 6 are brought to contact with a surface 2b on the inside taper of the article 2 for straightening.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the surface sticking hardness between a Cu-applied layer and a Fe-applied layer by preliminarily applying powder adhering liquid on the area which faces to the friction face of a bearing, filling the Cu powder and the Fe powder, compressing and shaping them. CONSTITUTION:Powder adhering liquid R which incurs no adverse effect in the sintering is applied on the external face of the end part of a core rod 12 projecting from a lower punch 13. Next, Cu powder is sprayed against the applied adhering liquid R to form an extremely thin Cu coat on the external face of the end part of the core rod 12. Then, the core rod 12 and lower rods 13 are pressed down integrally and each of the spaces defined by the external face of the end part of the core rod 12, the upper face of the lower punch 13 and the internal face of a die 11 is filled with Fe powder. The Cu coat can then be made thin to the desired degree and the surface sticking forces of both the Cu coat and the Fe coat can be increased.

CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical work 1 to be cut is engaged at one end face thereof with a rotary shaft 10 and engaged at the other end face 1a with the contact face 3a of the rotary shaft 10. By turning the work 1 with the rotary shaft 10, the external peripheral face of the work 1 or the ridge part defined by both said face and the other end face 1b is chamfered by a cutting tool 4. At this time, said end face 1b of the work 1 projects rather than the end face 10a of the rotary shaft. A resilient member 16 is engaged in the recess part 15 defined by both the internal peripheral face of the work 1 at the projecting part and the end face 10a of the rotary shaft. Said resilient member 16 is closely brought into contact with both the internal peripheral face of the work 1 and the end face 10a of the rotary shaft 10 to generate friction force, by which the work 1 is tightly fixed to the rotary shaft 10. As a result, the idle run of the work against turning of the rotary shaft 10 may be prevented.

Thereafter, this sintered alloy is subjected to Sn-Pb alloy layer forming heat treatment in 180-350 deg.C temperature range then to oil impregnation treatment, and thereby Sn and Pb solve out on a bearing surface.

摘要： PURPOSE:To realize superior friction characteristics by forming a Cu or Cu alloy coat on the external surface of a Fe core to make direct contact with a shaft. CONSTITUTION:A ring-like lower punch 14 disposed between a die 12 and a core rod 13 is lowered by the specified distance in advance. The space on the rod 13, that is, the space defined by a die 12, the core rod 13 and a lower punch 14 is filled with mixture 11 of Fe particulate 11a and Cu particulate 11b. An upper punch is used to compress the particulate mixture 11 between said punch and the lower punch 14 to form a compressed bearing body. In the particulate 11 making up the bearing 10, the Fe particulate 11a functions as the core of the bearing and is coated with the Cu or the Cu alloy particulate 11b so that it makes direct contact with a shaft, whereby providing superior sliding characteristics.
