    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring tool which can restrain a tool main body from being vibrated at the time of boring in the boring tool even if throwaway tips are disposed while being one-sided to the inner circumferential side and the outer circumferential side of the tool main body. SOLUTION: This invention is concerned with a boring tool comprising chip exhausting grooves 18 and 19 formed in the outer circumference of a drill part 12 at the tip end part of a tool main body 11 roughly in a cylinder shape, where the aforesaid grooves are extended from the tip end of the tool main body 11 to its rear end, also comprising throwaway tips 22 mounted to the tip ends of the chip exhausting grooves 18 and 19, and also comprising cutting blades 24 provided therein, in a portion at the rear end side of the drill part 12 rather than at least the peripheries of the cutting blades, the thickness W18 and W19 of each web measured from the axial line 'O' of the tool main body 11 at the tip end side to the groove bottom surface of each chip exhausting groove 18 and 19, is made thicker than that of each web at the rear end side, so that the cross sectional area of the tool main body 11 at the tip end side is thereby made greater than that of it at the rear end side.

    • PURPOSE:To improve stop position setting accuracy and duration of life and shorten control time by accommodating an input shaft rotatably in the feedback shaft of a servo valve rotated by the movement of a piston rod, and throttling the return oil flow by the angular deviation between both shafts. CONSTITUTION:A rack 49 is provided at the piston rod 31 of a hydraulic cylinder 32, and the feedback shaft 42 of a servo valve 37 is provided with a pinion gear 48 to be meshed with the feedback shaft 42, and also with first to third ports 57-59 connected to the ports a, b of the hydraulic cylinder 32 and a tank. An input shaft 43 is rotatably fitted into the feedback shaft 42. There are further provided a pressure passage 62 communicated with one of the first and second ports 57, 58 by the relative rotation of both shafts 42, 43, and a return groove 64, gradually changing its opening area, and communicated with the third port 59. Stop position setting accuracy and the duration of life are thereby improved, and control time is shortened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the scratch of a machined wall surface or tip damage even when vibration occurs during cutting. SOLUTION: An inner cutter tip 10A and an outer cutter tip 10B are fixed to a tool main body 41 in inclined states so as to make sharp angles by the end side of a drill 40. A ridge line part 22 continuous from the outer peripheral nose part 20 of the outer cutter tip is inclined gradually outside toward a base end part within the range of not protruding from the outer peripheral nose part 20. The outer cutter tip is fixed to the tool main body with a core up, a flat part in the upper surface of the inner cutter tip is positioned with a core up, and a cutter 15 is positioned with a core down. The outer end inner cutter tips are included in the same tip 10, and the cutter 15 is provided with a roughly angled first cutter 16 and a second cutter connected to both sides by a step part. An outer nose part 20 is provided in the end part of a second cutter 17a so as to be protruded in a direction roughly orthogonal to the ridge line part 22, and a corner part 21 in the end part of the other second cutter 17b.
