摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a dispersion of fine metal particles capable of forming a transparent electrically conductive film in which two or more metals are uniformly distributed over the entire film. SOLUTION: An aq. soln. (A) contg. salts of one or more metals selected from the group consisting of Au, Pt, Ir, Pd, Ag, Rh, Ru, Os, Re and Cu is mixed with an aq. soln. (B) contg. citric ions and ferrous ions in an atmosphere not substantially contg. oxygen at 25-95 deg.C under stirring to precipitate fine metal particles in the mixed soln. When two or more metals are precipitated, fine metal particles in which these metals are alloyed in the same particle are formed and every particle has the same metal compsn.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electroconductive film comprising metal fine particles which is suitable for cathode-ray tubes or the like inhibits the generation of non-uniformity on the film which influences the product quality, has a low surface resistivity of 1×10 ohm/square or lower and has a total visible light transmission of 60% or larger. SOLUTION: A composition free of binders, which comprises a dispersion wherein from 0.20 to 0.50 wt.% metal fine particle having a primary particle size of 20 nm or smaller is dispersed, wherein a disperse medium comprises from 0.0020 to 0.080 wt.% fluorine-containing surfactant and/or a total of from 0.10 to 3.0 wt.% of polyhydric alcohol, polyalkylene glycol and its monoalkyl ether derivative, is applied to the substrate and dried to form a film of metal fine particles. On this film, a siliceous upper layer film is formed and, preferably, a siliceous layer with fine unevenness is further formed through a spray method to give a low reflecting property and an antiglaring property to the film.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance stability with the lapse of time of a dispersing liquid by obtaining antimony dope tin oxide type conductive fine powder having a small particle diameter by low temperature water heat treatment. CONSTITUTION: Conductive fine powder composed of particles containing an antimony dope tin oxide and a surfactant is manufactured by heating liquid containing a tin compound, an antimony compound and surfactant in a pressure vessel. When the surfactant is added to solution containing a tin compound and an antimony compound, since wettability of a particle surface to a solvent is improved, dispersibility is enhanced, and since reaction is promoted thereby, water heat treatment can be performed at a low temperature. Since dispersibility of the tin and antiomony compounds is improved, conductive fine powder having an average particle diameter not more than 100nm can be obtained only by adding the surfactant. In the obtained conductive fine powder, since the surfactant is stuck to a particle surface, when this is formed as a dispersing liquid, coagulation is hardly caused over a long period of time.

SOLUTION: This electroconductive dispersion comprises an antimony-doped tin oxide powder dispersed into the form of a long-chain aggregate in a dispersion medium. The dispersion can be obtained by regulating a liquid containing a tin and an antimony compounds to pH >=4, preferably pH5-10 and the solid concentration to preferably 20-50wt.%. especially preferably 25-45wt.%, heating the resultant regulated liquid in a pressure-resistant container and thereby carrying out the hydrothermal reaction. Furthermore, a coprecipitate of hydroxides of tin and antimony prepared by adding and reacting an alkaline solution with an aqueous solution or an alcoholic solution of a chloride, a sulfate, etc., of the tin and antimony are preferably used as the tin and antimony compounds which are raw materials. The electroconductive coating material cap be obtained by, as necessary, adding water thereto, regulating the solid concentration to 10-20wt.% and then adding and mixing an aqueous coating material solution with the regulated mixture.

SOLUTION: A stock solution comprising an aqueous dispersion containing from 2.0 to 10.0 wt.% metal fine particle having a primary particle size of 20 nm or smaller is stored. The storage stability of this stock solution is improved when its disperse medium has a conductivity of 7.0 mS/cm or lower and a pH of from 3.8 to 9.0. This stock solution may contain 40 wt.% or less monohydric alcohol, a total of 30 wt.% or less of polyhydric alcohol and at least one selected from polyalkylene glycol and its monoalkyl ether derivatives, a total of 15 wt.% or less of at least one selected from ethylene glycol monomethyl ether, thioglycol, α-thioglycerol and dimethylsulfoxide, a total of 2 wt.% or less of at least one organic solvent other than those previously mentioned and/or a total of 1.0 wt.% or less of at least one protective agent selected from a surfactant, a coupling agent and a masking reagent.

Solns. of Sn, Sb and Al compds. are brought into a neutralization reaction and the resultant coprecipitate of hydrates of SnO2, Sb2O3 and Al2O3 is fired to obtain the objective electric conductive powder excellent in dispersibility even at low pH because Al2O3 hating an isoelectric point of about 6 is introduced. Since the surface activity of this electric conductive powder is lower than that of conventional silica, the deterioration of a coating film component can be inhibited.
