摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce rapidly hardenable calcium phosphate cement for reinforcement treatment for a living body bone capable of forming a high strength hardened body. SOLUTION: The rapidly hardenable calcium phosphate cement for reinforcement treatment for the living body bone consists of a mixed composition having a blended composition containing, by mass, a 5 to 500 ppm bone forming factor, 0.03 to 2% magnesium phosphate and 5 to 35% calcium secondary phosphate, and the balance calcium quaternary phosphate with inevitable impurities. The bone forming factor is allowed to exist as a stuck and carried state on the surface of the calcium secondary phosphate.

This slurry is then evaporated to dryness followed by calcination at 400-1200 deg.C and then full-scale baking operation at 1300-1500 deg.C, thus obtaining the objective quaternary calcium phosphate having moderate grindability and high mechanical strength.
