摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus by which coal can be continuously converted into a more volatilizable component, this component can be liquefied, the product of liquefaction can be continuously fractionated into a heavy oil, a middle oil and a light oil, and the residue left after the liquefaction of coal can be utilized to generate active hydrogen and by which the reaction time is very short, the efficiency of conversion is high and the conversion cost is low as compared with prior art. SOLUTION: This apparatus consists of a fluidized bed reaction tower 10 in which a fluidizing medium formed so as to be kept in a supercritical state and based on an inside iron oxide is fed with carbon dioxide being a fluidizing gas together with supercritical water. Pulverized coal is fed into the medium to convert the coal into a more volatilizable component and this component is converted into an oil and a fractionation apparatus 20 whereby the supercritical water containing the oil formed in the tower 19 is reduced in pressure in stages and cooled to fractionate the formed oil.

An oxide consisting essentially of Rh is deposited at >=350 deg.C and 300kg/cm pressure and recovered.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain powdery UO2 which has excellent formability, superior sintering properties and large crystal grain size and is appropriately used for producing UO2 pellets by allowing gaseous UF6 and steam to react with each other to form UO2 F2 particles, mixing the formed particles with an ammonium salt aq. solution while spraying the particles with the solution to form particulate ammonium uranate, and then, calcining and reducing the uranate. CONSTITUTION: In this method, gaseous UF6 and steam are introduced into a fluidized bed reactor 12 respectively through an introducing pipe 10 and an introducing pipe 1 to form UO2 F2 particles. At this time, the operating temp. of the reactor 12 is preferably 200 to 500 deg.C and gaseous HF produced as a byproduct is formed into an HF aq. solution with a condenser 13 and recovered as the HF aq. solution in a reservoir 14. The formed UO2 F2 particles overflow the reactor 12 and are introduced into a kneader 18, and also, an ammonium salt aq. solution is introduced in an atomized state into the kneader 18 through an introducing pipe 19 to form particulate ammonium uranate. Then, the formed ammonium uranate is transferred through a dryer 22 to a calcination/reduction device 23, and there, allowed to react with a gaseous mixture of H2 , N2 and steam, introduced through an introducing pipe 24 to the device 23, to form powdery UO2 and the formed objective UO2 is received in a reservoir 26.

摘要： PURPOSE: To continuously mix PuO2 and UO2 powder, to improve the capacity, working efficiency and maintainability of the device and to facilitate criticality safety control. CONSTITUTION: An upper disk 11 is put over a lower disk 12 at an interval, and both disks are rotated in a direction opposite to each other in a vessel 13 having such a thickness that the mixed oxide of uranium and plutonium does not becomes critical. Annular or >=2 disintegrating upper teeth 11a are formed on the peripheral edge of the upper disk. The lower disk has almost the same external shape as the upper disk, and annular or >=2 disintegrating lower teeth 12a having a diameter different from that of the upper teeth. A mixed powder of uranium and plutonium contg. aggregated powder is supplied into the vessel from a feed port 11c at the center of rotation of the upper teeth, and a laminar flow of powder is formed on a thin film between both disks by the centrifugal force resulting from high-speed rotation. The laminar flow is passed through a space between the upper and lower teeth by the centrifugal force, and the aggregated powder is disintegrated and mixed with powder. The disintegrated powder is collected and discharged outside the vessel.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce occurrence of a third phase and deterioration of a solvent at the time of extraction by a method wherein about 95% of U and Pu contained in a dissolution solution of a spent nuclear fuel is separated beforehand as a deposition and a solvent extracting operation is executed for the solution wherein the concentrations of fission products are made much lower than those according to a conventional method. CONSTITUTION:Pu in a dissolution solution of a spent nuclear fuel is oxidized to be Pu , the solution is adjusted to have a nitric acid concentration of 3 to 6N and a uranyl nitrate concentration of 200 to 500g/l and then cooled down and thereby uranyl nitrate and plutonium nitrate are educed. Subsequently, a deposition is collected and dissolved again, U and Pu are extracted by executing solvent extraction for a redissolution solution thus obtained, by using a purex process, and separation and refining of U and Pu are conducted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture nuclear fuel granules efficiently with a little energy consumption without scattering the impalpable nuclear fuel powder when nuclear fuel of pellets or packed type is manufactured by using nuclear fuel granules. SOLUTION: A water solution containing nuclear fuel substances is put into contact with insoluble tannin, and the nuclear fuel substances are absorbed by the insoluble tannin. After the insoluble tannin which has absorbed the nuclear fuel substances is compressed and dehydrated, it is dried at the room temperature to 400 deg.C and the dried insoluble tannin is roasted at 400 to 2,000 deg.C in an oxidizing atmosphere or that of an argon gas or a nitrogen gas. The grain size of the insoluble tannin is 0.01 to 5mm, and the water solution contains the nuclear fuel substances of 1 to 10wt.%.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for decomposing an endocrine disrupter, comprising removing an endocrine disrupter from a thing containing or contaminated with the endocrine disrupter and continuously decomposing and detoxifying the disrupter without withdrawing it from the system and is advantageous in that the treatment of waste water and waste gases after the decomposition is easy and to provide an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: A thing 19 containing or contaminated with an endocrine disrupter is washed with liquefied CO2 12 of a temperature of 10-30 deg.C and a pressure of 3-5 MPa to dissolve the disrupter in the liquefied CO2 12. A combustion assistant 26 is added to the liquefied CO2 12 in which the disrupter has been dissolved, and an oxygen source 27 of a temperature of 500-700 deg.C and a pressure of 15-30 MPa is added thereto to burn and decompose the disrupter. When the assistant 26 together with an aqueous caustic soda solution 28 is added to the liquefied CO2 in which the disrupter has been dissolved, the HCl formed when the disrupter is decomposed can be converted into harmless NaCl, which is desirable.
