SOLUTION: In this production, an alloy which is an Ni base alloy or MCrAlX alloy (wherein: M is Ni or Co; and X is at least one element selected from Y, Hf, Ce, La, Si, Ta and Pi) and has both high adhesion to a substrate 1 consisting of a steel based material and high corrosion resistance, is thermally sprayed on the substrate 1 by using a thermal plasma spraying method to form an alloy layer 2 on the substrate 1. Then, alumina is thermally sprayed on the alloy layer 2 by using a thermal plasma spraying method to form an alumina layer 3 on the alloy layer 2, and also, glass is thermally sprayed on the alumina layer 3 by using a thermal plasma spraying method while heating the alumina layer 3 to 200 to 400 deg.C to form a glass layer 4 on the alumina layer 3 and, thereafter, the temp. of the glass layer 4 is maintained at a level equal to or higher than the softening point of the glass for a prescribed period of time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To smoothly supply raw materials with an approximately uniform distribution by respectively and specifically disposing openings in the lower parts of an outer cylinder which is supported inclinedly by a vibrating device and an inner cylinder which is rotatably supported therein and receives the raw materials. CONSTITUTION:This supplying device 20 has double cylindrical structures consisting of the outer cylinder 21 and inner cylinder 22 having the downward slit-shaped opening 23B and longitudinal opening 24B respectively in the lower parts ans is supported with inclination from horizontal at an angle theta. The entire part of the device 20 is vibrated by the vibrating device 28 at the time of accepting the pellets 12 supplied from a hopper 10 via the opening 23A, 24A of the outer cylinder 21 and the inner cylinder 22. As a result, the pellets 12 from the opening 24A are rolled and the lower positions in the inner cylinder 22 are successively filled with these pellets and, therefore, the pellets are distributed approximately uniformly in the longitudinal direction. Next, the opening 24B aligns to the opening 23B when the inner cylinder 22 is rotated about 90 deg. and, therefore, the pellets 12 around the opening 24B fall to a lower basket by passing the opening 23B. At this time, the distribution of the pellets 12 around the opening 24B is uniform and, therefore, the falling distribution into the basket is made approximately uniform as well.
