    • PURPOSE:To improve flaw detecting accuracy by making the axial line of an ulrasonic- wave flaw detecting sensor agree with the normal line at a position to be inspected for a surface under inspection. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is mainly composed of the following parts: a rotary shaft 20 which is coaxially arranged with a central line N of an outlet port nozzle 13 and can be rotated; rail plates 26 and 27 which are made to extend to outer radial direction and fixed to the shaft 20; and a sensor holding device 30 which is moved along rails 28 of the plates 26 and 28 and holds an ultrasonic-wave flaw detecting sensor 29. A fixing rod 25, a fixing plate 23, cylinders 37 and 50 associated with said fixing rod and plate and a pushing mechanism are made to function as the positioning means of the shaft 20. The rails 28 are formed so that the axial line of the sensor 29 agrees with the normal line of the surface to be inspected and the tip surface of the sensor 29 can be moved in contact with the surface to be inspected, when the shaft 20 is fixed at a specified angle. When the movement of the shaft 20 and the device 30 is controlled, the sensor 29 is moved under the state wherein the sensor is held in the normal direction of the surface to be inspected. Since the sensor 29 is held elastically with the device 30, the tip surface of the sensor is pushed to the surface to be inspected with appropriate pressure.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten leakage inspecting operation time by fixing an annular casing consisting of plural blocks windingly through a band and forming annular negative pressure spaces around the circumferential seam of a long cylinder part. CONSTITUTION:The annular casing 20 is positioned at the seam 2 of welding of the long cylindrical tube 1; and the band 37 is run in grooves 26 and 27 by using a handle 44 and a wind engaging hole is engaged with a hook 42. Consequently, for example, three blocks 21-23 constituting the annular casing 20 are held around the outer circumference of the tube 1. In this state, when a worm shaft 34 is rotated through the handle, a worm wheel 41 is driven to secure the band 37; and sealed spaces 47-49 are formed around the outer circumference of the tube 1 of the blocks 21-23 and evacuated by a vacuum pump, etc., to obtain annular negative pressure spaces where no external air is entered. If leakage occurs in the tube 1, gas such as helium in the tube 1 is sucked by the vacuum pump together with air and thus detected. Consequently, even if the tube is long, the inspection is speeded up to shorten leakage inspecting operation time.

    • PURPOSE:To quickly exchange the washing balls by revolving a rotary disk provided with plural ball storing cylinders by a handle, and by moving one of the ball storing cylinders to the position of a treating liquid passage and another one to the position of an inlet and outlet opening of ball. CONSTITUTION:The ball storing cylinders 17 are disposed at regular intervals in a peripheral direction of the rotary disk 16 and plural small holes 16a are provided to the part of the rotary disc corresponding to the bottom part of the cylinder 17, and the rotary disk 16 is rotatably supported with a rotary center axis 15 in casings 12, 13. The treating liquid passage 21 of this ball supplying device is inserted between the treating liquid supplying pipes of reverse osmosis separation pipes, and the handle is attachably/detachably fixed to the outer end part of the rotary center axis 15, and a plug 18a is disengaged, and the rotary disk 16 is revolved one pitch by one pitch with the handle, and the washing ball 11 is projected from the inlet and outlet opening 18 into each cylinder 17. One of the cylinders 17 is located in the treating liquid passage so as to reciprocate the ball 11 to wash the inner surface of reverse osmosis membrane. When the ball is worn, the cylinder 17 is rotated by one pitch to use a new ball.
