摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce vibration and noise in a porous plate by providing a rib plate substantially radially protruding in an annular part between an outer vessel and an inner vessel of a foreign matter removing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A foreign matter removing apparatus has a double cylinder of an outer vessel 1 and an inner vessel 2, and a porous plate 10 provided on a side face of the vessel 2 for communicating liquid through holes 9 thereof to remove a foreign matter mixed in the liquid, and comprises a plurality of rib plates 19 protruding radially in an annular part between the vessels 1 and 2. Thus, a flow in the annular part between the vessels 1 and 2 is disordered in a flow from the hole 9 near the plate 19 so that a circumferential flowing speed become irregular. Simultaneously, the flow is also disordered in a flowing direction. Therefore, the flow is entirely fed from the holes of the plate 10, a vortex flow do not coincide with natural vibration of the plate 10 to be scarcely resonated. Thus, vibration, noise of the plat 10 can be reduced.
