摘要： PURPOSE:To simply execute temp. rising constantly under the most optimum condition by respectively controlling a fuel flow quantity, which is supplied to a heating burner arranged at each plural heating zone, in response to passing condition through a fuel control valve. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet 101 is sent to a pickling device 26 after passing through a preheating zone 2, heating zone 6, soaking zone 19 and cooling zone 22 in sequence. In the annealing apparatus, plural heating zones 111-116 are placed along a pass line of the steel sheet 101 in the heating zone 6, arranging each heating burner 11 thereto. These heating burners 11 are arranged with each fuel control valve 12, controlling the fuel flow quantity for each heating zone. At this time, the fuel control valve 12 is controlled by a control device 16 so that the fuel flow quantity becomes the preset quantity in response to the passing condition of the steel sheet 101.

On the other hand, arithmetic units 17, 18 obtain the line speed VL1, VL2 for looper from the detected values I1, I2 of looper residual amount, and an arithmetic unit 20 obtains the line speed VL for looper and the acceleration/deceleration DVL from VL1, VL2 and the temperature TR, TTC of the steel sheet. An arithmetic unit 24 defines the minimum speed of VM and VL as the minimum value VS, and at the same time, defines the acceleration/deceleration on the minimum side as DVS. and a motor speed control device 25 drives a driving motor 26 to give VS and DVS.

Further, the fuel flow rates to the respective burner groups are determined by equation I. The fuel is passed at the above-mentioned flow rates to the respective burner groups for the prescribed period of time when the parameter changing part of the strip passes the burner groups in accordance with the determined fuel flow rates. In equation I, Fis is the optimum fuel flow rate (set value) of the i-th zone in the transverse direction of the strip; Ri is the constant to determine the fuel flow rate distribution pattern to the i-th zone (under the conditions expressed by equation II); N denotes the number of zones of the respective burner groups in the transverse direction of the strip.
