    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of fins by reducing stress acting on roots of the fins when activation stops.SOLUTION: A fin tube heat exchanger 100 comprises: a serrated fin tube 102 having a plurality of serrated fins 102b arranged in parallel on an outer circumferential surface; porous plates 106 in which pores 108 into which the serrated fin tube is inserted are formed, and that support the serrated fin tube. Sleeve members 110 interpose between a generally lower half of an outer circumferential surface 102c of the serrated fin tube and the pores. Each sleeve member includes: spacers 112 provided on axial both ends of the serrated fin tube, respectively, and interposing between the generally lower half of the outer circumferential surface and the pores; holding portions 116 formed on ends of each spacer for holding the spacer between a connecting member 114 and the serrated fin tube; and an exposure space 118 exposing the outer circumferential surface of the serrated fin tube. The sleeve members are formed integrally using a material closer in coefficient of thermal expansion to a heat transfer tube than the porous plate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement structure for a furnace bottom tube for preventing damage of a furnace bottom tube even if dropping of a large chunk of clinker occurs, and for reducing necessary costs and manhours for the reinforcement of the furnace bottom tube.
SOLUTION: In the reinforcement structure for a furnace bottom tube, a furnace bottom wall of a boiler furnace is formed obliquely with respect to a horizontal plane, the furnace bottom wall is formed by one or plurally joining panels composed by connecting a plurality of juxtaposed furnace bottom tubes, and a reinforcement member is attached to a furnace inner side surface part of the furnace bottom tube. A support member supporting the furnace bottom tube is provided on a furnace outer side surface part of the furnace bottom tube, and the reinforcement member is attached only to the furnace inner side surface part of the furnace bottom tube in an opposite side of the support member with respect to the furnace bottom tube.

    • PURPOSE:To detect the inside local corrosion of a pipe with high accuracy by making a cold or hot medium to flow through the pipe or enclosing the medium in the pipe and detecting the temperature difference between a thin part and normal part from the external surface side of the pipe by using thermography. CONSTITUTION:A local thin part 2 may be formed on the internal surface of a furnace- wall pipe 1, etc., due to acid corrosion or caustic corrosion. When the pipe is filled up with a hot or cold medium, for example, hot water to detect the thin part 2, a temperature distribution is formed on the external surface of the pipe in accordance with the various thicknesses t0, t1, t2,... of the pipe and isothermal lines are formed in a plane. The isothermal lines are nondestructively observed from the external surface by using thermography. As a result, the thin part 2 can be detected, because a pattern 5 of a color tone which is different from that of the peripheral normal part is seen along the isothermal lines. Even when oxide scales are formed the internal and external surfaces of the pipe, the part 2 can be detected without hindrance when the scales are uniformly formed. Therefore, the inside local corrosion of the pipe can be safely and accurately detected in a short time over a wide extent without requiring any pre-treatment, such as the descaling, etc.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a heat transfer surface for a supporting load and cause a spray inner pipe as well as spray nozzle to be sufficiently supported by a method wherein at least one of the spray nozzle and the spray inner pipe is supported by applying a plurality of supporting devices from its circumference. SOLUTION: A supporting device 50 is inserted into a threaded hole 9 of a main body 1 of a device for reducing a superheated state under a condition in which a middle rod 11 is threaded into a supporting fitting 10 with its front end surface being surface contacted to an outer circumferential surface of the spray nozzle and the middle rod 11 being inserted into a hollow bolt 12. After the hollow bolt 12 is threaded into and set at the hollow bolt, a seal cap 13 is applied on it, both a connecting part 14 between the main body 1 of the device for reducing the superheated state and the hollow bolt 12 and another connecting part 15 between the hollow bolt 12 and the seal cap 13 are sealingly welded. According to this supporting device 50, a positive transfer of load for making a surface contact of the supporting section is attained and the hollow bolt 12 is uniformly fastened, thereby the supporting section is forcedly supported and centering of the device at the time of setting is facilitated.
