    • PURPOSE:To restrict an increasing of occurrence of NOx, provide a stable characteristic of flame and improve a power generating efficiency by a method wherein a combustion flame within a combustion chamber and/or a wall of the combustion chamber is provided with a heat transfer surface of a heat exchanger with supplied air for a combustion device other than combustion air acting as cooling fluid for use in cooling the wall. CONSTITUTION:An air-cooled heat exchanger 4 is installed within a gas turbine combustion device 1. Air supplied from a compressor 2 to the combustion device 1, is distributed into combustion air for getting a stable combustion under an appropriate air ratio in its function and other excessive air (corresponding to air cooling a wall of a prior art gas turbine or diluted air) and its ratio is about 55:45. This diluted air may act as cooling fluid for cooling the combustion flame and restricting a thermal NOx. The air of which temperature shows a high value is mixed with combustion discharged gas at a rear part of the combustion device 1, becomes a desired TIT and is fed into a turbine 3. Fine tubes with diameter of about 3mm are applied in the heat exchanger 4.

    • PURPOSE:To generate the steam of specified dryness by furnishing plural spouting pipes to the bottom of a horizontal cylinder provided above a mixed phase unit to be connected with it and fixing a baffle plate horizontally near the longitudinal central axis of the horizontal cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal cylinder 3 is provided above the mixed the phase unit 1 in which mixed matter of vapor and liquid is allowed to flow, and plural spouting pipes 2-2' are provided to the bottom of the horizontal cylinder 3 to form spouting passages of the mixed matter of vapor and liquid and to be connected with the mixed phase unit 1, and the baffle plate 7 is horizontally fixed near the longitudinal central axis of the horizontal cylinder 3. The area ratio of the area of the space 11 between the end part 6' of baffle plate and the end plate 5' of horizontal cylinder to the total cross-sectional inner area of the spouting pipes 2-2' is specified to 150-200, defining the total cross-sectional inner area of the spouting pipes to be 100, and the area ratio of the area of vertical height between the upper surface of the baffle plate 7 and the inner surface 3' of horizontal cylinder to the total area of the plural spouting pipes is specified to 70-150. One end or both ends of the baffle plate above a part of the spouting pipes is/are eliminated. Thus, the steam of specified dryness is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To make the installation space small and to facilitate the manufacture thereof, by a method wherein a cylindrical inner boiler, interior of which is partitioned by a water piping equipped with partitions having vertical fins into right and left sections, leaving a gas passageway at the end parts thereof, with both sections provided with a combustion chamber and flow-down water tubes respectively, is loaded in a cylindrical outer boiler vertically. CONSTITUTION:In a vertical cylindrical outer boiler 1, a cylindrical inner boiler 2 is vertically inserted. In the cylindrical boiler 2, a gas passageway 10 is formed at its end parts by a partitioning water tube 4 having vertical fins 11 of membrane structure, thus forming a partitioned combustion chamber 3 and a group of down- stream side water tubes 5. When fire combustion is performed in the combustion chamber 3, the flue gas generated by the combustion, flows into downstream side water tube group 5 through a gas passageway 10, passes through the water tube group 5, and is discharged from a discharge port 7. Further, only over the all area at the lower part interior surface of the combustion chamber 3, a refractory material 8 is provided, or on the lower part outside surface, stud-fins are attached, and thereby the lower surface of the inner surface 2 as a whole is kept horizontal. By the above constitution, the installation area is made small, and its manufacture is facilitated.
