摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NH3 injection device capable of keeping the proper excess quantity of an NH3 gas injected into a waste gas to change sulfur dioxide in the waste gas into ammonium sulfate. SOLUTION: In this feed back system, an ammonia injection quantity is set by a heavy oil flow rate signal 1 based on a fuel flow rate - NH3 injection quantity curve previously set in a function generator 4. The set value of the ammonia injection quantity is corrected by the deviation between the excess NH3 concentration signal 2 installed in an outlet flue of an electric dust collecting device and the previously set excess NH3 concentration. In such a case, the fuel flow rate - NH3 injection quantity curve is constructed so as to automatically correct it with time based on the past record of the NH3 injection quantity in a previously set fixed condition such as the NH3 injection quantity after 1 hr when the heavy oil flow rate reaches 100%. As a result, the control of the stable NH3 injection quantity small in feed back correcting quantity is carried out.

摘要： PURPOSE: To reduce the consumption of power and to maintain high desulfurization efficiency by continuously adjusting the amt. of oxidizing air to be delivered from an oxidation blower in accordance with the load of the desulfurizer. CONSTITUTION: The sulfurous acid concn. signal (a) detected by an ORP (oxidation reduction potential) meter 8 is inputted to a reverse-acting ORP controller. The output control signal (b) of the ORP controller 10 is used as the remote-set input of the set value SV (c) of a reverse-acting flow controller 11. The oxidizing air signal (d) detected by an oxidizing air amt. detector 9 is inputted to the controller 11. An output signal (e) is outputted according to the set value SV (c) and inputted to the remote-set frequency input (f) of an inverter 13. Consequently, when the sulfurous acid concn. in the circulating soln. is increased above the set value of the ORP controller 10, the output signal (b) is corrected in the decreasing direction, and the output control signal (e) is also corrected in the decreasing direction. Accordingly, the revolving speed of the driving motor 3' of an oxidation blower 3 is decreased, and the amt. of air delivered from the blower 3 is diminished.
