摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluating method for trouble developed in the case of bend-working a platy material having through-holes in the flat surface direction.
SOLUTION: This method is a method for deciding a specification of the platy material having the through-holes in the flat surface direction supplied to the bend-working. This platy material is constituted of a first platy material having a plurality of grooves formed as stripe state and a flat second platy material joined with the surface side forming the above grooves on the first platy material. Then, as to this platy material, the actual measured value is obtained with a prescribed bending test, and related to a plurality of analyzing models based on the above platy material, the analyzed value in the prescribed bending test is obtained with a finite element method, and thereafter, a working under a prescribed condition is simulated based on the analyzed model obtaining the analyzed value having a prescribed relation with the above actual measured value in the plurality of analyzed values.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating failure caused by bending a metal plate having through holes in a plain surface direction.
SOLUTION: In the method for deciding the specification of the metal plate to be bent which has the through holes in the plain surface direction, the metal plate is composed of a first metal plate having a plurality of grooves formed in a stripe shape and a flat second metal plate to be joined with the surface side of the first metal plate where the grooves are formed. As for the metal plate, the actual measured value is obtained by a prescribed bending test, and as for a plurality of analyzing models consisting of elements divided into a portion having the grooves and a portion having no groove in the plain surface direction of the metal plate, the analyzed value by the prescribed bending test is obtained by a finite element method. Thereafter, a machining simuration is performed under predetermined conditions with respect to the analysis model by which the analyzed value having a predetermined relation with the actual measured value among the plurality of analyzed values is obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wasteful wear of a clutch shoe when it is not pinched by a top disc and a bottom disc. SOLUTION: A clutch shoe 14 is levitated by the resilient force of a leaf spring 23 and separated from a bottom disc 16 when the shoe 14 is not pinched by a top disc 15 and bottom disc 16. A core material 21 is of aluminum, and friction material 22 is fixed to its oversurface and undersurface. The side faces of the core material 21 are subjected to a hard positive electrode oxide film forming process. The clutch shoe 14 has a long circular shape and is arranged in two rows, outside and inside in radial direction of a clutch disc 13, wherein the clutch shoe 14 in the outer row is positioned so that its longitudinal direction is identical to the above-mentioned radial direction and the one in the inner row is positioned so that its longitudinal direction is inclined 45 deg. to the radial direction. Thereby the torque of a flywheel in a screw type device is transmitted to the screw shaft.

This compressor is also equipped with the supporting ring 50 which supports each of variable rings 42R-45R by rotating flexibly.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent seizure and also to equalize the load allovcation to each screw thread of a nut. SOLUTION: A flywheel 12 is forward rotated by a flywheel mechanism 100, this forward rotational force is transmitted to a screw shaft 1 and, when the screw shaft 1 is forward rotated, the nut 3 which is fit to the screw shaft 1 is lowered. Thus, a die 7 is lowered toward a die 9 and press working is performed. When the press working is completed, the nut 3 is elevated by oppositely rotating the screw shaft 1 by a screw reversing mechanism 200. The nut 3 is divided into two by being cut in the radious direction in the middle part in the axial direction. Thus, deffects at the time of casting the nut 3 are reduced, the accuracy of thread cutting is improved and seizure is prevented.
