摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erosion of a heat transfer tube wall by providing a drift preventive plate covering the tube front surface at the flue wall side of' the tube front surface of the foremost row to the gas flow of the tube bent of the end of a panel-like heat transfer tube group. SOLUTION: A plurality of drift preventive plates 4 of horizontal section state are installed in a gap between the flue wall 1 and a panel-like heat transfer tube group 2 disposed to cross a gas flow substantially perpendicularly to the gas flow. The plates 4 are disposed at the wall 1 side at the front surface side of the tube of foremost row to the gas flow of the tube bent at the end of the group 2, and covers the front surface side of the tube end to the gas flow. Accordingly, the gas flowing resistance between the tube bent of the group 2 and the wall 1 is increased, the erosion of the wall of the group 2 is reduced without increasing the flow rate of the gas containing combustion ash to the gap, thereby making it possible to increase the life of a boiler.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a drift at a gap between the side wall of a flue and the end part of a heat transfer pipe by a method wherein a vertical drift prevention plate having one side making contact with the side wall of a flue and the other side inserted between panel-form heat transfer groups is mounted between drift preventing plates. SOLUTION: Vertical drift prevention plates 4 are arranged between a panel- form heat transfer group 2 and a flue wall 1. Namely, a vertical drift prevention plate 4 having making contact with a side wall 1 of the flue and the opposite other side inserted between panel-form heat transfer pipe groups 2 is mounted between horizontal drift preventing plates disposed in such a state to extend the vicinity of the upper and lower ends of the heat transfer pipe group 2. A space between the end part of a panel-form heat transfer pipe group 2 and a side wall 1 of the flue is filled with the vertical drift prevention plate 4 and by filling a space between panels at the end part of the panel-form heat-transfer pipe group 2, fluid resistance against a flow of gas containing combustion ash in fuel ash in the spaces is increased and a flow rate of a flow of gas flowing in such a state to be deviated to the part is reduced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title method capable of saving an iron frame, by mounting a plurality of lugs on a pressure vessel in a radial direction relative to the central axis thereof in a gasifying apparatus comprising a pressure vessel in which a gasifying oven surrounded by a water-cooled wall is contained and mounting the lugs on a base frame. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of lugs 2 are welded to a pressure vessel 1 around its central part in a radial direction relative to the central axis thereof and supported by a beam 3. The body 5 of the oven constituted of water-cooled walls 4, 10 is supported on an internal beam 7 with a rod 6, a suspended lug 11 and a lock bolt 12. The internal beam 7 is fixed to the inside of the pressure vessel 1. The upper part of the pressure vessel 1 stretches upward from the lugs 2 while the lower part stretches downward from the lugs 2. The water- cooled wall 4 also stretches downward. A part of the water-cooled wall 4 supports the load as a hanger tube 13. A bracing device 14 is provided in the space between the water-cooled wall 4 and the pressure vessel 1 to properly guide stretching by heat and, at the same time, to absorb a horizontal force due to an earthquake etc. The above method can contributes to saving of an iron frame.
