摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove adhesive material attached to the outer periphery of a dryer cylinder in a multi-cylinder type dryer device for a paper machine.
SOLUTION: The multi-cylinder type dryer device for the paper machine has a shower 4, a doctor 2a for removing the attachment and a doctor 3a for removing water. The shower 4 is arranged at the downstream side in the rotation direction of a first dryer cylinder 11 arranged at the most upstream side from the separating point of the paper on the periphery of the first dryer cylinder 11, and jets a cleaning liquid to the outer periphery 11a. The doctor 2a for removing the attachment is arranged at the downstream side of the shower 4 at the outer periphery of the first dryer cylinder 11 in the rotation direction so that the tip may slide on the outer periphery 11a, and may rake the attachment of the outer periphery 11a of the first dryer cylinder, softened by receiving the cleaning liquid from the shower 4. The doctor 3a for removing the water is arranged at the downstream side from the doctor 2a for removing the attachment in the rotation direction so that the tip may slide on the outer periphery 11a, and may rake the water on the outer periphery 11a of the first dryer cylinder.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable upward dehydration according to paper quality and reduce friction of wires with shoes by providing vacuum boxes and a guide roll on the downstream side of an autoslice installed on an upper wire. CONSTITUTION:A stock is sandwiched between upper and lower loopy wires 9 and 3. In this state, a lower shoe box 10 is then brought into contact with the under side thereof and an autoslice 18 is provided on the upper wire 9 on the downstream side thereof. A vacuum box 19 is then provided on just the downstream side of the autoslice 18. Shoes 20 and 13 contacting the upper side of the upper wire 9 are provided in the vacuum box 19 and a slot 11 is formed between both. Further, a guide roll 12 for bending the upper and lower wires 9 and 3 and a stock upward in contact with the upper wire 9 is installed on the downstream side of the vacuum box 19.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the subject system designed to expand the regulatory range for pressure pattern by making both upper and lower wires travel almost linearly at an area where the upper and lower wires and a paper stock are sandwiched between lower and upper shoes. CONSTITUTION:At a sandwiching area for both lower and upper wires 3, 9, a paper stock 2a is sandwiched with the upper part of a shoe 18 and the water extracted on the upper side is scraped off with an autoslicer 19. Both the upper and lower wires and the paper stock are sandwiched by respectively aligned upper shoes 20 and lower shoes 21, thus applying a pulse-like pressure on the paper stock. And an additional pulse-like pressure is applied on the paper stock with plural shoes 30, and the water extracted upward is scraped off with an autoslicer 25. Then, the paper stock passed through vacuum boxes 27, 28 is dehydrated, the upper wire gets away from the resultant web 26, and the characteristics of the surface and back surface of the paper are adjusted through e.g. vacuum regulation in the box 27.
