    • PURPOSE:To prevent the loss of an SOx gas resulting from the condensation of moisture so that a sample gas can be stably supplied to an analyzer (SOx meter) by effectively removing dust and waste combustion gas of a pressurized fluidized bed boiler under a high-temperature and high-pressure condition simultaneously with the sampling of the gas. CONSTITUTION:Firstly, the pressure of a sampling system is adjusted to the pressure in the furnace A of a pressurized fluid bed boiler. Secondly, the temperatures of a gas sampling probe 1, ball valve 3, ball-filled filter 4, precision filter 7, and dehumidifying unit 11 are raised to such a temperature that does not allow moisture to condense by heating 10 a heat insulating member 9. Then an air compressor 11b which is the high-pressure air generating source of the unit 11 and a gas analyzer 12 are operated. Thereafter, the pressure of the sampling system is adjusted to the pressure of a gas introduced to the unit 11 by operating a pressure regulating valve lid for the unit 11 after fully opening the valve 3 and a stop valve 6. The dust-free, dehumidified high-temperature and high-pressure clean waste combustion gas is stably supplied to a gas analyzer 12 at a flow rate of 1-3l/min after the pressure of the gas is reduced to the atmospheric pressure through a pressure reducing valve 8.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a laser device to oscillate over a wide wavelength region by providing a controller to control the optical path length of a beam which is moved forward and backward by means of an optical path adjusting means so that the incident timing of split beam can become coincident with each other. CONSTITUTION:Part of exciting light made incident to one of prisms 5 is made incident to a PIN photodiode 9 through mirrors 3e, 3f, and 3g and a partial reflection mirror 10 after the light is moved forward and backward between the prisms 5 and prisms 6 and reflected by a mirror 3d on an X-stage 7, while most of the exciting light is made incident to an optical mixer 11 through the same route. The photodiode 9 detects the two beams and an X-stage controller 8 adjusts the incident timing of the two beams so that the beams can be made to incident at the same time at the position of the photodiode 9 by operating the stage 7. Therefore, the incident timing of the two beams can be matched sufficiently by only adjusting the number of moving times of the exciting light between the prisms 5 and prisnts 6 and, as a result, a laser device can oscillate over a wide wavelength region.
