    • PURPOSE:To perform the memory storage, by providing a plurality of connector pins at one end of the printed board, providing the card removal detecting circuit and power supply monitor circuit, and preventing the malfunction of the function module even at card removal and power failure. CONSTITUTION:The card 200 is formed every one control block of the printed board 1, and a plurality of connector pins 2a-2q are provided with a given interval on one end of the board 1, and the card removal detecting circuit 8 is connected among the pins 2a-2m. On the other hand, the power supply monitor circuit 9 always monitors the lowering in the power supply voltage fed to the card 200 provided with the board 1 and power supply voltage drop due to the card removal itself. Further, when the power failure signal 10 is at low potential, the outputs of the AND circuits 171, 172 are made low to prevent the production of malfunction. Thus, at the removal of card, and power failure, the malfunction of the function module can be prevented for memory storage.

    • PURPOSE:To keep ground resistance in the low value at laying by internally setting up a channel through which water or seawater is injected to the soil around a ground rod as the ground resistance reduction agent. CONSTITUTION:A ground rod is constructed by connecting the required number of joints 2 to the tip section 1, a cap 3 to the joint 2, and a lead wire 10 to the mesh wire. Then, this ground rod is wedged in the ground and the water or seawater having pressure is supplied to a water supply source, for example, to the channel 4 of the cap section 3 from the tank installed on the gound. On the other hand, it gushes to the soil around the ground rod as the gorund resistance reduction agent through the channels 4' and 4 communicating to the channel 4 and a nozzle 5. This permits the soil near the ground rod to have proper misture and ground resistivity to be kept in the low value.

    • PURPOSE:To equalize temperature distribution in an air duct, by providing a heat- transfer pipe with independent drain pipes and drain valves by groups thereby to permit control of liquid level in a heat-conducting pipe by groups of pipes independently. CONSTITUTION:Heat-conducting tubes 2a-2c arranged in an air duct 1 are provided with respectively independent drain pipes 6a-6c and drain valves 8a-8c, and all the drain valves 8a-8c are independently controlled by means of output signals of cascade controllers 14a-14c and drain level controllers 13a-13c. By doing so, even if bottom sections of the groups of the heat-transfer tubes arranged in the lower stream side of the air duct 1 were to be immersed in the drain and lost heat-exchanging function, groups of the heat-transfer pipes on the upper stream side conduct heat-exchange in all areas covering the upper stream and lower stream sides to compensate temperature loss of air in the bottom section of the air duct 1, and therefore, temperature distribution in the air duct 1 can be achieved uniformly.
