摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a stable welding arc by deviating phase of a pulse peak current of a pulsative current to supply to each wire and supplying the pulsative current obtained by adding each pulse base current to this to each wire. CONSTITUTION:Although welding currents I1, I2 and I3 repeat periodically respective peak currents and base currents of weld time, a control signal is impressed on Tr1, Tr2 and Tr3 from a peak power source 19a so that the three peak currents do not overlap with one another timewire. In addition, the base currents are supplied through Tr4-Tr6 and Tr7-Tr9 from base power source 19b and 19c. By this method, the >=2 base currents supplied from the base power source 19b are not made in an on state at the same time and in the same way, the >=2 base currents supplied from the base power source 19c are not made in an on state at the same time. As mentioned above, the electromagnetic force acting between welding arcs at the pulsative current side can be reduced as compared with that at the nonpulsative current side by adjusting the weld time and phase of the peak current and the stable welding arc can be obtained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of spatters by providing a mechanism capable of feeding plural wires and a power unit to carry out control to deviate by the phase difference corresponding to an almost peak period of time of a peak current for each consumable electrode. CONSTITUTION:In order to reduce the occurrence of spatters based on an arc phenomenon and the behavior of a molten pool, welding currents I1, I2 and I3 are used. Namely, when control signals are impressed upon base terminals of Tr1-Tr3, pulse currents are obtained on the outputs of the Tr1-Tr3. In the same way, when control signals are impressed upon base terminals of Tr4-Tr6, pulse currents are obtained on the outputs of the Tr4-Tr6. In addition, the welding currents I1, I2 and I3 are the sums of the output currents of the Tr1 and Tr4, the Tr2 and Tr5 and the Tr3 and Tr6 respectively. By this method, when the welding currents are pulsed and the application periods of time of the peak currents and the phases of the peak currents are regulated so that the peak currents are not overlapped each other, even if the average welding current is the same, the average electromagnetic force of the pulse currents can be reduced as compared with that in the case of nonpulsative currents.

摘要： PURPOSE:To effectively perform the welding of a thick plate with the laser beam of low output by feeding a filler metal in the gap of square groove and by oscillating a laser beam in the width direction of the gap by using a mirror. CONSTITUTION:The groove gap 18 of 2-4mm groove width is formed, a laser beam 4 is reflected from the light source by the mirror 5 located at the upper part and the laser beam 7 condensed through a condensing lens 6 is immersed to the groove bottom part. The projected laser beam 7 is oscillated in the width direction of the groove bottom part simultaneously by oscillating 14 the mirror 5 by an oscillation device 12. A filler metal 10 is then fed continuously and melted by the laser beam 7 and the base metals 1, 2 at the melt spot are sufficiently melted as well. Consequently a good weld zone layer is formed and the butt of all plate thicknesses can be performed by piling up the welding layer in order on each layer.
