    • PURPOSE:To prevent an outflow of cargo oil by suppressing transmission of external force as small as possible to an intermediate deck to prevent its break even in the case particularly of generating a hole broken in a shell plate of the ship bottom at grounding time of a hull, relating to a cargo oil outflow preventing tanker wherein inboard cargo oil housing space is partitioned by the intermediate deck. CONSTITUTION:In a cargo oil outflow preventing tanker having upper/lower part cargo oil tanks 3, 4, divided by an intermediate deck 2, by providing it in inboard cargo oil housing space, the tanker provides ship bottom cross beams 5b connected to the upper side of a ship bottom shell plate 1, intermediate deck cross beams 5a connected to the lower side of the intermediate deck 2 and vertical beams 10 of connecting the ship bottom cross beams 5b to the intermediate deck cross beams 5a. A constitution is provided such that each antideflection mechanism of the intermediate deck cross beam 5a and the ship bottom cross beam 5b prevents deflection mainly in a vertical direction as vertical antideflection mechanisms 6a, 6b, and an antideflection mechanism of the vertical beam 10 prevents deflection mainly in a horizontal direction as a horizontal antideflection mechanism 11.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly deform a lining to avoid breakage even when it is pressed by a colliding material penetrating into a tank and the bursting edge of an outer plate member of the tank which is broken to be immersed inside the tank by lining a lining material along the inner surface of an oil storing tank with slackness in the longitudinal and horizontal directions. SOLUTION: One of a tank and another coiling material collides with the other thereof to break an outer plate 2 of a tank. A lining 1 is pressed by a colliding material 01 penetrating into the tank and the burst edge of the outer plate of a tank, which is broken by a collision with the colliding material 01 to be immersed inside the tank. The lining 1 is, however, flexibley deformed to avoid breakage. Further, as the lining material has a non-oil permeability, even if the outer plate of the tank is broken, the lining 1 continues to retain oil 03, whereby the oil 03 in the tank is kept from flowing into the outside of the tank, for example, the sea water through the broken part of the tank.

    • PURPOSE: To facilitate the work, and appropriately provide the sufficient strength by composing an outer shell and an inner shell of the hull of honeycomb panels in a hull structure. CONSTITUTION: An outer shell consisting of a side shell 110, a bottom shell 120 and an upper deck 100, and an inner shell consisting of a side inner plate 110a and a bottom inner plate 120a along the inner side of the outer shell are composed of a large number of honeycomb panels which hold a large number of diagonals 13 extending in the longitudinal direction between two single plates 11, 11 and are reinforced in the longitudinal direction by the diagonals 13, and web plates 12 and transverse bulkheads 130 to reinforce the hull in the transverse direction are fitted inside the hull. The honeycomb panel can be easily manufactured by extrusion forming of the material, and employment of the honeycomb panel dispenses with the complicated works of connection parts of longitudinals to the web plates in the conventional practice, and improves the productivity.
