    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of an intake gate in an existing intake dam while minimizing installation costs thereof. SOLUTION: The intake gate 21 of the intake dam is set as follows. The intake dam includes a dam body 22, and an external cylinder 21a and an internal cylinder 21b disposed inside the external cylinder 21a are arranged on an impounding side of the dam body 22. Then, the internal cylinder 21b is rotated with respect to the external cylinder 21a, and therefore an opening 47 of the external cylinder 21a matches with an intake hole 50 of the internal cylinder 21b, to thereby open the intake gate 21. The intake gate 21 is formed of an intake unit 27 and a connecting unit 26 which are connected together. The intake unit 27 has an external cylinder section 41 having the opening 47 and an internal cylinder section 42 having the intake hole 50, and the latter is arranged inside the former. The connecting unit 26 has a connecting external cylinder 24 and connecting internal cylinder 25 which are connectable to the external and internal cylinder sections 41 and 42 of the intake unit 27, respectively. The thus formed intake gate 21 is arranged on the impounding side of the intake dam.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate opening/closing apparatus capable of dissolving defectiveness of having only the fixed lifting speed in a previously proposed device which opens/closes by a hydraulic cylinder instead of opening/closing a gate by an ordinary motor, regarding a high lift type gate opening/closing device. SOLUTION: In this gate opening/closing apparatus, wherein a servo valve 11 for changing a passage to a hydraulic cylinder supply port to rotate a drum is made mechanical, a changeover cam is a three-dimensional eccentric cam tapered in an axial direction, and a contact point with a spool 16 is axially changed to change the spool moving quantity to thereby change the supply flow optionally. Differential pressure across a flow control valve including the servo valve 11 is optionally changed by a pressure compensating valve to change the flow characteristic of the flow control valve to thereby regulate the supply flow optionally. The rotating speed of the drum can thereby be made optional by changing the flow of an operating fluid, and the gate can be lifted at a speed corresponding to the opening/closing condition.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute required opening and closing of lower stage and upper stage gates without setting any exclusive opening and closing device in a two stage gate attached water gate door, promote controllability of an opening and closing device of both gates to reduce an operating cost and, at the same time, to miniaturize the opening and closing device as well as the miniaturization of a structure to promote landscape efficiency. SOLUTION: In a two stage gate type water gate door formed by bearing an overflow adjusting flap type upper stage gate on a lower stage gate for opening and closing a water gate in a rotatable manner, wire ropes wound on a winding drum are respectively hung on a lower stage gate attached sheave borne on the lower stage gate in a rotatable manner and upper stage gate attached sheave so as to make in series. The ends of the wire ropes are fixed to a pier, and in the case the upper stage gate stands up a certain quantity, a stopper for interlocking the rotation of the upper stage gate by coming into contact with the free end thereof is provided in the lower stage gate, and both lower and upper stage gates are interlocked with one unit of gate opening and closing mechanism and are controlled.

      SOLUTION: The intake facilities are formed of a frame structures erected on both sides of an existing intake port, and a door body assembly which is ascendable/descendable along an opening defined by the frame structures, and foldable, to thereby block the opening. According to the structure of the intake facilities, by folding the door body assembly, the height of the intake port is adjustable.
