摘要： PURPOSE:To enable highly accurate stabilization control by calculating on-line the generator cutoff quantity required for the maintenance of the transient stability of a target power source system in the form of considering the effect of load, using the quantity being measurable with the terminal of an operating generator. CONSTITUTION:The first and second estimates P1* and P2* are estimated the on-line data of generator valid power output and invalid power output in an extremely short time immediately after clearing an accident. Furthermore, since the effect of the load is greatly reflected on the estimate P1* by expressing the power phase source curve as Pe=P1*+P2* sin delta, it becomes possible to calculate on-line the critical energy being a stable discrimination threshold, suitably for the system conditions or accident conditions, regardless of the magnitude of the load within a target power system, and highly accurate stabilization control can be done.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect switching of objective system from main system to independent system regardless of the system constitution by detecting that the objective system is an independent system using information of electric amount of the main system and a representative objective system. CONSTITUTION:The system stabilizer utilizes a fact that the reactive power can not be balanced in an independent system when a part of system is switched from main system to the independent system and the system voltage of the independent system exceeds a rated voltage or drops below the rated voltage. In case of normal system interconnection, voltages VA, VB of main system and objective system are substantially equal to the rated voltage and since a relation (¦VA¦-¦VB¦)>K is not satisfied in an operating circuit 23, switching of the objective system to an independent system is not detected. Upon occurrence of fault in the interconnecting line, the voltages VA, VB drop below the rated voltage and the relation (¦VA¦-¦VB¦).K is satisfied in the operating circuit 23 for some representative system voltage being selected and a timer 24 is actuated, and then a decision is made that the objective system has switched to an independent system upon elapse of time T. K represents a level for detecting the potential difference between the main system and the independent system after disconnection of system.
