    • PURPOSE:To minimize the influence of the bias current of a differential amplifier as an inversion-noninversion switching circuit upon its output and to obtain high accuracy by switching the differential amplifier which uses an operational amplifier in synchronism with the change of the polarity of an input signal. CONSTITUTION:An analog switch 13a is connected to its upper terminal as shown by a solid line and an analog switch 13b is connected to its right-side terminal, so that the differential amplifier 10 operates as an inverting amplifier whose gain is -1. Further, the analog switch 13a is connected to the lower terminal and the analog switch 13b is connected to the left-side terminal, so that the amplifier becomes a noninverting amplifier whose gain is 1. Namely, the input analog signal V1 is inputted to a polarity detector 14, which outputs an analog switch control signal d0 synchronized with the change of the polarity of the input analog signal V1. Then, the connections of the analog switches 13a and 13b are so controlled with the analog switch control signal d0 that the polarity of the input analog signal V1 is uniform, thereby switching the differential amplifier 10 between the inverting amplifier and noninverting amplifier.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press machine including a rotary plate mounted with a first die group and rotating the first die group by prescribed angle and a plate mounted with a second die group reciprocating toward the rotary plate, and in which a workpiece is molded from the stock using the first die group and the second die group, wherein, machine structure is simplified, the reliability of the machine is improved, and the reduction of torque, the operation of a plurality of ones, the flexibility of control and the reduction of power consumption are achieved.
      SOLUTION: The press machine is mounted with the first die 2 group, and, in the second die 5 group reciprocating toward a rotary plate 1 rotating the first die 2 group by prescribed angle, is provided with a driving block number set means setting the number of a slide mounted with a die to be operated, and is provided with a driving mechanism driving each die of the second die 2 group respectively independently by a servo motor and a controller servo-controlling the driving mechanism, and, regarding the second die 5 group, only the die in the number set by the driving block set means is operated.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of the setting of the barrier data by an operator at each time even when a work is changed by inputting barrier data used for working of the work from the processing program. CONSTITUTION:When a barrier data input instruction (barrier instruction) is commanded, a barrier data input instruction decoding means 16 detects the code, starts the barrier instruction decoding processing, and the data continuous to the coordinate word are written to the applicable address by the coordinate word continuous to the code while the address of a barrier data table 31 in a memory part 12 is designated by a barrier data writing means 17. The processing is successively executed concerning all coordinate words. On the other hand, an arithmetic part 1 designates the address of the table 13 stored by a barrier data address designating means 11 and fetches the barrier data through a data reading means 14 to a deciding circuit 15. The deciding circuit 15 compares the tool position command data processed by the arithmetic part 1 and the barrier data, and when the command is troubled, the command is stopped and the alarm is issued.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a machining material by opening and closing a collet chuck while rotating a main spindle motor in an automatic lathe for gripping the machining material (a bar) by the collet chuck for machining. SOLUTION: A magnetostrictive element 36 and an exciting coil 37 for surrounding this element are embedded inside the collet chuck. An exciting power source between a main spindle frame body 1b and a hollow main spindle 6b is supplied in a noncontact state by a rotary transformer. Output of a hollow main spindle 6b side secondary winding 40 is rectified and smoothed to be converted into DC exciting voltage. The hollow main spindle 6b and the collet chuck 3b are mutually connected by respectively arranged exciting voltage electrodes 45 and 46 and wiring. A magnetic field is generated by impressing the DC exciting voltage on the exciting coil 37. Shaft directional elongation of the magnetostrictive element 36 by impression of this magnetic field is amplified and converted into the action force in the work 2 central direction of the collet chuck 3b. A work can be supplied by opening and closing the collet chuck without adding an exclusive opening-closing motor.
