摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture the parallelly joined alloy having high cleanliness by forming a stock by joining two kinds of different metals, cutting a prescribed range containing a joined part on the surface of the stock extending over prescribed depth, and rolling the stock to a prescribed specification. CONSTITUTION:In order to operate more largely and exactly a bimetal function of a parallelly joined alloy, it is necessary to make a weld fusion cross sectional area small, and high energy heat source welding is executed as its means. As for a bimetal stock which is brought to parallelly joining welding 21, skin pass rolling 22 of the next process is executed, and by applying light pressure, deformation of a weld zone and unevenness of a molten part are eliminated. By surface grinding 23, a residual spatter, an adhesion spatter, etc., at the time of welding are eliminated, and cleanliness of the surface is improved. As for the means for surface grinding, surface grinding is selected, and a part in which an adhesion foreign matter exists is brought to local grinding whose specific depth is the upper limit. Finish rolling 24 is cold rolling for enhancing the rigidity of a product of the bimetal stock. In such a way, the adhesion spatter is eliminated, and a parallelly joined alloy being free from foreign matter adhesion can be manufactured easily.
