The first to third covers 5, 6 and 7 are configured so as to be able to be assembled into a work chair by being removed from the main body 2, by the second cover 6 being used for a sitting cover and by the first and third covers 5 and 7 being used for leg covers for supporting the sitting cover.

A housing box constituted of a ceiling wall, respective side walls and a bottom wall is attached to the attaching plane of the elevator control panel. The whole inner wall surface of the housing box is covered with a buffer member constituted of an acoustic material to form an electromagnetic control device housing chamber. The electromagnetic control device is held by the buffer member via an attaching member in the electromagnetic control device housing chamber.
