摘要： PURPOSE:To provide the title device at a low cost, by containing a magnetic body, which is a wiper member, between an outer box and a decorating plate, and making it possible to move the magnetic body with an operating tool comprising a magnet from the outside of a window. CONSTITUTION:A wiper member 8, which is located at the lower part of a window 2 of an outer box part 1, is brought into contact with the surface of a front part 2B of the window 2 with a magnetic-wiper operating tool 9 from the front surface 2 of the window 2. The wiper member 8 is attracted to the wiper operating tool 9 since the tool 9 is the magnetic body. When the wiper member 8 is attracted to the wiper operating tool 9 through the window 2, water droplet and dew, which are attached to an inside 2A of the window 2 are wiped out, when the wiper operating tool 9 is slidden on the part of the window 2 corresponding to a number window 501A of a decorating plate 501. A number 502A on a number wheel 502 can be read through the window 2.

Then when it is difficult to read a metered value because of drops of water, etc., sticking on the internals surface 2A, the wiper operating tool 9 formed similarly to the member 8 is brought into contact with the front surface 2B of the window to attract the member 8, and the operating tool 9 is slid up-and- down to wipe the drops of water, etc. Consequently, the value is easily read.

Then when it is difficult to read a metered value because of drops of water or dew sticking on the internal surface 2A of the window 2, a wiper operating tool 9 formed similarly to the member 8 is brought into contact with the front surface 2B of the window 2 to attract the member 8 and the operating tool 9 is slid up-and-down to wipe away the drops of water, etc. Consequently, the metered value is easily read.
