    • PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for the preparation and the test of various tests, by providing a bushing, a tank connected to said bushing, and a circuit breaker which is incorporated in said tank and can be operated from the outside of the tank, and a fluid insulating material contained in the tank. CONSTITUTION:The tester is constituted by the main body of the tank 11, the bushing 12 which is provided on one side of said tank 11, and the circuit breaker 13 which is incorporated in the main body of the tank 11. Said circuit breaker 13 and the bushing 12 are electrically connected by a lead 14. The circuit breaker 13 is operated by an operating shaft 15. Said operating shaft 15 is driven by an operating cabinet provided at the outside of the main body of the tank 11. The fluid insulating material such as insulating oil and insulating gas SF6 are contained in said main body of the tank 11. In this constitution, since the switching of the test circuit can be accomplished by operating only the circuit breaker 13, the tet time can be shortened, and the availability of the expensive test equipment can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the dielectric strength of a lead wire by a method wherein a part of the insulation at the middle part of a lead wire, i.e. the connection part or bending part, is composed of an insulating layer which is continuous with the insulating layers of the other parts. CONSTITUTION:After a transformer is installed, connecting conductors 5a and 5b are connected. After 1st insulation 7c is applied by taping to the part between 2nd insulation 7a and 3rd insulation 7b, a continuous insulating layer 9a is formed by taping over the connected middle part B and the other parts of a lead wire 3. With this construction, the insulations are mutually bound mechanically and oil gaps are not created between the insulations even if a little external force is applied. Moreover, with this construction, as the surface part of the conductor, where an electric field is highest, is covered with an insulating layer 9b, even if a fine oil gap is created between the insulations, partial discharge is suppressed. With this constitution, the dielectric strength and the mechanical strength of the lead wire can be improved.
