    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator core device for dynamo-electric machine where vibration and noise are reduced by eliminating the gaps between core bolts and a stator core or bringing the core bolts and the stator core into tight contact with each other.
      SOLUTION: Core bolts 2a, having circular cross sections, are fit into a plurality of grooves having arc-shaped cross sections, formed on the circumference of the cylindrical stator core 1, which is formed by laminating steel plates, which grooves are positioned at equal intervals and in parallel with one another in the axial direction. Then, support rings 3 are placed on the circumference of the core 1, to reduce the spacing between tightening seats 31, and the core 1 is thereby tightened via the core bolts 2a from the circumferential side. The core bolts 2a and support rings 3 in tight contact with each other are welded together at the inner circumferential portions of through-holes 33 formed in the support rings 3. Further, auxiliary rings 10 are placed between the support rings 3, and the stator core 1 is tightened via the core bolts 2a to constitute a stator core device for dynamo-electric machine.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a connecting part reduced in voids by a method wherein coated materials, which are piles around a corrugate plate, are heated at a temperature within a given range to weld the materials with each other and between the materials and a partitioning flange or the corrugate plate by fusion. CONSTITUTION:Coated materials 22, obtained by coating granular core materials 20 with the film of coating material 21 having a melting point lower than the melting points of the core material 20, a corrugate plate 1 and a partitioning flange 10, are piles amount the corrugate plate 1 established on the partitioning flange 10. Subsequently, the piled coated material 22 are heated at a temperature higher than the melting point of the coating material 21 and lower than the melting points of the core material 20, the corrugate plate 1 and the partitioning flange 10 to weld the coated materials with each other and between the coated materials 22 and the partitioning flange 10 as well as the corrugate plate 1 by fusion. In this case, coated materials 22 having different grain sizes are used by mixing them. According to this method, grains having smaller sizes enter spaces between grains having larger grain sizes whereby a joint reduced in voids can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To detect vibration of a burner main body or housing at the time of ignition explosion of fuel so as to stably perform confirmation of ignition for a long time by providing a vibration detection sensor on a predetermined position of the burner main body or housing. CONSTITUTION:In a combustion chamber 3 of housing 1, fuel is fed from a burner main body 2 while air is swirling-induced from a swirler 4, and the fuel is mixed with the air for combustion in a burner tile 5. Three radiant members 6-8 are arranged around the combustion chamber 3. An expansion cylinder 9 and regenerater 10 are arranged in the lower part of housing 1, and both are communicated with each other by a heater pipe 11. In this constitution, a vibration detection sensor 12 is attached to a predetermined position of the burner main body 2, and the vibration of the burner main body 2 at the time of ignition explosion of fuel is detected by the vibration detection sensor 12. Accordingly, confirmation of ignition can be performed stably for a long time.

    • PURPOSE:To retain gaps between respective U-shape tubes evenly so as to enhance a heat exchange rate in a plurality of the U-shape tubes for conducting heat exchange between combustion gas and intra-cylinder gas in a cylindrical part in an upper part of a cylinder by providing a step difference between center positions of respective adjoining U-shape bent parts. CONSTITUTION:Fuel is combusted outside of a cylinder 1 by adopting the inside of a cylindrical part 7 formed of a plurality of U-shape tubes 3-5 as a combustion chamber. Working fluid in the respective U-shape tubes 3-5 is heated, pressurized and delivered into a closed space 6 in the cylinder 1, and a displacer 2 in the cylinder 1 thereby performs double acting. When the working fluid in the closed space 6 is cooled, pressure is decreased and the displacer 2 performs double acting so as to output motive power as an external combustion engine. In this constitution, in the respective U-shape tubes 3a-5a step difference is provided between center positions of respective adjoining U-shape bent parts 3a-5a. Mutual interference between the respective U-shape bent parts 3a-5a is prevented so as to retain a mutual gap (a) between the respective U-shape tubes 3-5 evenly.
