CONSTITUTION:A vibration-damping composition, consisting of a reaction product obtained by reacting (A) a polyhydroxy saturated hydrocarbon based polymer having >=500 number-average molecular weight, preferably prepared by hydrogenating polybutadiene having terminal hydroxyl groups or the hydrocarbon based polymer and a hydroxyl group-containing compound having 50-800 mol.wt. and >=2 average number of hydroxyl groups, e.g. 1,3-propanediol, etc., with (B) a compound having >=2 average number of isocyanate groups, preferably tolylene diisocyanate, etc., at 0.5-2 equivalent ratio of the hydroxyl groups in the component (A) to the isocyanate groups in the component (B) or further a plasticizer, e.g. paraffinic process oil, etc., and having >=0.5 maximum loss tangent at -50-+120 deg.C.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a thin film of polyvinyl acetal by employing an inflation molding. CONSTITUTION:A polyvinyl acetal resin to be used is generally produced as follows: A vinyl acetate monomer is polymerized to produce a polyvinyl acetate resin, which is made to react with polyvinyl alcohol obtained by saponification and aldehyde. The average degree of polymerization of the polyvinyl acetal resin is preferably in the range of 300-5,000, particularly above 500. Polyolefine may be added to the polyvinyl acetal resin thus obtained. Polyolefine prevents the crosslinking of the polyvinyl acetal resin during the molding. Moldable extrusion temperature may be 30 deg.C-150 deg.C higher than the temperature indicating the peak of loss tangent (by 110Hz measurement using vibrotron) depending on contents of a resin composition or the like.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable the film forming by extruding adhering resin to be achieved by means of coextruding the adhering resin and polyolefin resin. CONSTITUTION:For instance, an inflation film manufacturing device is used, and a tubular fused sheet is manufactured by coextrusion, while feeding adhering resin to the extrusion machine A for an outer layer, and feeding polyolefin resin (e.g. PE, PP, etc.) to the extrusion machine B for an inner layer. Next, said sheet is taken up, while cooling and blowing up it and applying draft to it by a nip roll 5. Thus, the adhering resin film having generally 0.01-2mm. thickness, may be obtained. Further, this process is especially effective, when the composition containing polyvinyl acetal resin and plasticizer are used as the adhering resin.

In this way, the metal- polyolefin laminate of superior adhesive durability is produced.
