摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition capable of providing films, sheets, etc., excellent in adhesion, coating adhesion and printability without carrying out the primer coating or plasma treatment by blending an olefinic polymer with a specific copolymer composition. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is obtained by reacting (A) a polyhydroxy hydrocarbon-based polymer having 500-20000 number-average molecular weight (preferably a hydrogenated polyhydroxy diene-based polymer) with (B) a compound having both a polymerizable unsaturated group and NCO group (e.g. methacryloyloxyethyl isocyanate) under conditions so as to provide >=1.5 ratio of the hydroxyl group equiv. of the component (A)/NCO group equiv. of the component (B), copolymerizing the resultant polymerizable composition with a vinylic monomer (preferably methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride, etc.), affording a copolymer composition and then blending the obtained copolymer composition with an olefinic polymer.

CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by copolymerizing (A) a polymerizable composition produced by reacting (i) a polyhydroxy-hydrocarbon polymer having a number-average molecular weight of 500-20,000 with (ii) a compound having a polymerizable unsaturated group and a functional group selected from carboxyl, carboxylic acid ester and carboxylic acid halide [preferably methyl (meth)acrylate or (meth)acryl chloride] at an equivalent ratio of (the hydroxyl equivalent of the component i)/(the functional group equivalent of the component ii) of >=1.5 and (B) a vinyl monomer (preferably a monomer containing quaternary ammonium salt such as methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride). The component (i) is preferably a hydrogenated polyhydroxy-diene polymer.

Furthermore, an aromatic ring-containing polyester or a polyolefinic resin layer is formed on at least one surface of a layer of the above-mentioned composition to afford a multilayered structure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a polyamide-vinyl-based block copolymer from readily available raw materials by polymerizing a vinyl monomer using an azo group- containing compound, etc., having plural functional groups reactive with carboxyl groups, etc., and thermally reacting the resultant polymer with dicarboxylic acids in a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl monomer (e.g. styrene) is polymerized using a polyfunctional radical polymerization initiator consisting of an azo group- containing compound containing >=2 functional groups or a peroxide, etc., having reaction activity with carboxyl and/or isocyanate groups to synthesize a vinyl polymer having the functional groups at the molecular terminals. The resultant vinyl polymer is then thermally reacted with a dicarboxylic acid and diisocyanate compounds in an organic solvent to afford the objective polymer. Furthermore, the above-mentioned functional groups having reaction activity with the carboxyl and/or isocyanate groups are carboxyl, hydroxyl, imidazolyl, imino, amino groups, etc.
