摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily dissolving a palladium complex, crystallized from a distillation residue discharged out of a system, in an organic solvent, in a method where a conjugated alkadiene is oligomerized by using a catalyst containing palladium and organophosphorus compound, the resultant reaction liquid is distilled to obtain the distillation residue containing the catalyst, and the residue is reused for the reaction as a catalyst. SOLUTION: An organic solvent is made to contain a conjugated alkadiene, which is dissolved at 100 deg.C or lower.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject solution that is useful as an olefinic hydroformylation catalyst by brining an aqueous solution of a water-soluble Rh compound into contact with a solution of a water-insoluble tertiary organic P compound in an organic solvent, separating the mixture into two phases to recover the organic phase. SOLUTION: A solution containing rhodium recovered from the reaction mixture of olefin hydroformylation is treated with an oxidizing agent in the presence of an accelerator and an aqueous medium. The resultant aqueous rhodium compound solution is brought into contact with a solution of a water- insoluble tertiary organic phosphorus compound (for example, triarylphosphine) in the presence of a carboxylic acid. Then, the reaction mixture is separated into two phases and the organic phase containing rhodium-tertiary organic phosphorus compound complex is recovered whereby the objective rhodium complex solution that is useful as a catalyst for hydroformylation of olefin, hydrogenation, carbonylation and the like is obtained inexpensively.

摘要： PURPOSE: To continuously produce alkadienols in high conversion rate and selectivity by reacting a conjugated alkadiene with water in the presence of a palladium-phosphorus catalyst and carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: The reaction in the former stage is carried out by keeping the molar ratio of a conjugated alkadiene to an alkadienol at >=0.7 in a completely mixing type reactor and the reaction in the latter stage is then conducted by keeping the molar ratio of the conjugated alkadiene/alkadienol at =2. The residence time of the reaction in the former stage is kept longer than that of the reaction in the latter stage. Thereby, the reaction in a high selectivity is carried out by keeping the molar ratio of the conjugated alkadiene/alkadienol in the reaction in the former stage at >=0.7 and the formation of by-products can be suppressed to raise the selectivity as a whole by keeping the molar ratio of the conjugated alkadiene/alkadienol in the reaction in the latter stage at =2.

The amine is preferably a tertiary amine and a trialkylamine represented by formula I (R to R are each a 1-12C alkyl) or an N-alkyl- alkyleneamine represented by formula II [R is a 1-12C alkyl; (n) is 4-10] (especially diethyloctylamine) is usually used.
