摘要： PURPOSE:To improve flexibility and damping characteristic by using core composition, which is obtained by blending a specified ethylene-ethylacrylate polymer and ferrite at a specified part by weight. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite at 200 to 1000 part by weight is blended to ethylene- ethylacrylate polymer, in which ethylacrylate at 30wt.% is included, at 100 part by weight to form the core composition for roadside communicating coaxial cable. The conventional flexibility is thereby maintained, and the attenuation characteristic can be improved. Ethylene-ethylacrylate copolymer contains ethyleneacrylate at 30 to 45wt.%, desirably, at 33 to 43wt.%. As a desirable copolymer, melt inex at 10 to 40wt.% desirably, at 15 to 30wt.% is used. Ferrite blending quantity at 500 to 800 part by weight is desirable in consideration of an attenuation characteristic.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve tensile elongation percentage and an attenuation characteristic by using titanate coupling agent. CONSTITUTION:Ferrite at 200 to 1000 part by weight and titanate coupling agent at 0.1 to 100 part by weight are blended with polyvinyl chloride at 100 part by weight to form the core composition for roadside communication coaxial cable. Tensile elongation percentage and flexibility of the core composition are thereby improved. Titanate coupling agent at 0.05 to 10 part by weight, desirably, at 0.1 to 5 part by weight in consideration of tensile elongation percentage and the attenuation characteristic is blended in relative to the ferrite at 100 part by weight. As polyvinyl chloride, a polyvinyl chloride at 500 to 5000 degree of polymerization, desirably, at 1000 to 3000 degree of polymerization is used. This core composition is kneaded by a bunbury mixer, a henschel mixer, a kneader a roll, a blender or the like, and processed into a specified product-form by using a molding machine such as an extruder.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a coaxial cable capable of bearing high temperature and a high-radiation field by constituting an inner protective layer and an outer protective layer by a specific bridging body. CONSTITUTION:A foaming insulating layer 2, a braided outer conductor 3 and an inner protective layer 4 are given on an inner conductor 1 by turns, next, an electron-ray is irradiated from above the inner protective layer 4 for simultaneously bridging two layers of the inner protective layer 4 and the foaming insulating layer 2, next a braided shielding layer 5 and an outer protective layer 6 are given on the inner protective layer 4 and the electron-ray is irradiated from above the outer protective layer 6 for bridging the outer protective layer 6. The outer protective layer 6 consists of a bridged body of a composite, in which an antioxidant such as 4, 4'-butyridene-bis(6-t-butyl-3-methylphenol), 1,1,3-tris(dimethyl-4-hydroxy-5-t-buthylphenol)-buthane is blended with polyolefin resin. This coaxial cable withstands the use in a high-radiation field above 500Mrad, and therefore is suited for a cable for a nuclear power station, and defence and space development.

Each of the cables 2, 3 is made up of an inner conductor 6 and an outer conductor 7 made of a couple of copper pipes arranged coaxially and a high foaming insulator 8 inserted inbetween. A resin material is used for the sheath 5 and it is extruded altogether. Furthermore, When the installed location is a location being a dead band of a radio wave such as a side wall of a tunnel, the sheath 5 is cut open to separate the wire 4 and a suspension support fixture is connected to the wire.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a high frequency coaxial cable excellent in flexibility and electric characteristic by covering an insulator with a braid composed of conductive bands as an outside conductor, and pressurizing the coaxial cable in the centripetal direction so as to reduce a diameter. CONSTITUTION:An inside conductor 2 is covered with an insulator 3, which is covered with a braid composed of a plurality of conductive bands 6, thus obtaining an outside conductor 4, i.e., a manufacturing in-process member 10. Meanwhile, a cylindrical drawing jig 20 is such constituted as to be provided with an insertion hole 22 having an inner diameter of 98-88% of the outer diameter of the in-process member 10 and an insertion guide tapered surface 21 formed at the inner surface thereof. The in-process member 10 is inserted into the jig 20 through the tapered surface 21, followed by drawing, to be pressurized in the centripetal direction for the purpose of reduction of a diameter. The conductor 4 after being subject to the drawing process becomes a completely cylindrical body, and further, the contact among the bands 6 is secured. Consequently, it is possible to remarkably reduce a resistance of an electrically energizing path of the outside conductor so as to enhance an insertion loss characteristic.

The tension of the corrugated pipe 1 delivered from the corrugator 13 is thus held constant and the pitch of the waves of the corrugated pipe 1 is held constant so as to prevent the corrugated pipe 1 from being flawed periodically or nonperiodically.
