摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the wettability with water and workability of the coating film provided on a fin of the room air conditioner, etc., by using a layer like silicate mineral and a binder resin as the constituents of the coating film. CONSTITUTION:This coating film contg. a layer like silicate mineral and a binder resin is formed on a fin material used for heat exchangers such as the room air conditioner, etc., to improve the press-formability, properties with respect to mold wear and wettability with water of the fin material and also to solue the problem of generating an odor in the initial stage of cooling. At this time, flat-platelike particles formed by the inter layer peeling of the layer like silicate mineral are preferably three-dimensionally dispersed into the binder resin and the weight ratio of the layer like silicate mineral to the binder resin is regulated to 2:98 to 60:40. As the layer like silicate mineral, that contg. synthetic mica or synthetic smectite having 0.5 to 100mum average particle size is used. As the binder resin, that contg. a (meth)acrylate-based copolymer is used.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly hydrophilic coating material excellent in hydrophilicity, corrosion resistance, stain resistance, adhesion, etc., hardly causing abrasion of a mold and a processing tool and capable of providing a coating film hardly causing smell by formulating alumina sol, water-soluble acrylic resin and a specific cleansing component of a staining material. SOLUTION: This highly hydrophilic coating material includes (A) an alumina sol, (B) a water-soluble acrylic resin and (C) a cleansing component ]of a staining material selected from among polyethylene glycol, a modified material thereof, a copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide and a modified material thereof. The component A preferably comprises particles having about 0.5-20μm average particle diameter obtained by aggregating colloidal size particles and further having shape or form like a feather, a stick or a spring. The component B is preferably a water-soluble acrylic resin obtained by copolymerizing 30-50wt.% α,β-unsaturated monomer having a sulfo (sodium salt) group, 20-50wt.% α,β-unsaturated monomer having a carboxylic acid and 20-40wt.% α,β-unsaturated monomer having an alcoholic hydroxyl group so that the total may be 100%.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a heat-exchanger fin of aluminum alloy resistant to fungi without impairing the hydrophilic property, corrosion resistance, etc. by coating the fin with a resin whose film contains an antibacterial agent and whose components include a substance which dissolves in water to make the film a porous coating. CONSTITUTION:For example, a coating of a block copolymer consisting of a plurality of components, such as 'Bordron 1600', with which an antibacterial agent is incorporated and applied to the surface of a fin of aluminum can be made to show a powerful antibacterial effect at an early stage by exposing it to dew condensation so as to make a water-soluble component of its composi tion and a portion of the antibacterial agent dissolve in water. The release of a portion of the film-forming composition makes the surface of the film porous, hence an increase in the surface area and resultant exposure of the antibacterial agent in the resin. The release of the antibacterial agent is accom panied with supply at the surface so that the antibacterial agent in the resin can be used efficiently and a lasting antibacterial effect can be ensured. No offensive odor occurs and prevention of ill influences upon human bodies can be insured in the practice of this antifungi method.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for a chemical container, by forming an anodic oxide film on a surface of a base material composed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and forming a nonion high molecular activator layer having a specific melting point and a specific clouding point, on the anodic oxide film. SOLUTION: A base material l is prepared by using pure aluminum or aluminum alloy such as Al-Mn, or the like. An anodic oxide film 2 of 0.3-20 μm thickness, is formed on the surface of the base material by the anodizing. Any anodizing is acceptable, but sulfuric acid DC anodic oxide coating treatment is preferred. A layer 3 of a nonion high molecular activator of 45-110 deg.C of a melting point and 15-19 of a clouding point by Karabinos method, is formed on the anodic oxide film 2. The thickness of the layer 3 is about 0.05-2 μm. By applying the above-mentioned structure, the adhesion of the contact faces with each other in the condition that they are coiled before the treatment, can be prevented, the decoiling can be easily performed, and the separation of the nonion high molecular activator layer 3 can be prevented.

SOLUTION: A paint film 2 of resin containing wax is provided on one face of a base material 1. The wax contained in this paint film 2 is synthetic wax such as polyethylene wax, etc., natural wax such as carnauba wax, etc., or silicone or the like. As the resin, polycarbonate resin, epoxy/acryl/phenol resin, or the like is used. The wax contained in this paint film 2 is about 5-30wt.%. Then, the thickness of the paint film 2 is about 1-15μm. This base material 1 is arranged in a press so that the resin paint film 2 containing wax may lie at the external surface, and it is drawn to make a case. Hereby, a case having excellent eat resistance, solvent resistance, electrolyte resistance, printing property, and adhesion is obtained at low cost.
