The cleaning material is formed by further formulating a chemical substance having a reduction, anti-bacteria or deodorizing effect to the above constitution. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform the washing and neutralization of an object to be washed, to which a waste acid adheres such as crushed pieces of a container in which the waste acid is housed, to economically perform the neutralization treatment of a strong acidic liquid in a container and to facilitate Pb (ion) treatment and other post treatment by adsorption effect or the like due to a coexisting component of magnesium oxide simultaneously with neutralization treatment. SOLUTION: A powder of dry magnesium oxide is added to a washing liquid mixed with the object to be washed to which the waste acid adheres (crushed pieces of a waste acid housing container) and both heats of reaction generated, that is, heat of hydration and heat of neutralization are utilized to perform neutralization treatment setting pH to 5-8 and the washing treatment of the object to be treated. Thereafter, unreacted residue of magnesium oxide and unreacted residue based on hydrated magnesium hydroxide are used to neutralize the strong acidic liquid containing the waste acid.
