    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time for drying an electrode sheet, while uniformly drying a whole of the electrode sheet and providing an influence on the electrode sheet due to heat of a light source.SOLUTION: An electrode sheet drying device includes: an unwinding side housing part 110 and a winding side housing part 120, storable a roll state electrode sheet so as to separate each other; an airtight chamber 102 having a communication part 130 passing through in the storing part; an unwinding shaft 114 arranged both in a vacuum evacuation equipment that ejects an inside of a chamber so as to be a vacuum pressure and an unwinding side housing part; a winding shaft 124 arranged in a winding side housing part; a plurality of guide rollers 108 guiding an electrode sheet unwound from the unwinding side housing part to the winding side housing part through the communication part; and an infrared irradiation part 136 arranged on an outside of the chamber and irradiating an infrared to the electrode sheet passing through the communication part via a transmission window arranged in the middle of the communication part.
