CONSTITUTION:The output of an invertor 1 is normally detected by a KVA detection section 5, and it is compared with the rating KVA of the invertor by a comparator 6. When the detection KVA of the detection section 5 is smaller than the rating KVA, the comparator 6 does not energize hold circuits 7 and 8, and the outputs of an effective power control ampere 3 and reactive power control ampere 4 are transmitted to a gate control section 9 as they are to control the invertor 1 in accordance with the load. When the detection KVA of the detection section 5 is larger than the rating of the invertor, in that moment the comparator 6 outputs to energize the hold circuits 7 and 8, and the outputs of the effective and reactive power control amperes 3 and 4 are limited to control the gate control section 9. When the output returns within the rating, the limit is released. According to the constitution, the rated operation is continued without stopping the operation.

Moreover, a constant current integration circuit 7 is operated on the output of the circuit 6 when the ANd requirement is met and the output of the circuit 7 is inputted into a sample holding circuit 8 to obtain a saw-tooth wave signal G, which is amplified with an amplifier 9.
