At that time, the protruding portion 16 of the sealing part 2 is locked to the projection 19 in the base 18, and external lead-in wires 3 and 4, led out from the sealing part 2, is led out from the bottom part of the base 18. In this condition, heat resisting insulation adhesive 14 is packed over from the projection 19 to opening part of the base 18 to be dried.

The lead conductors 18 are arranged in a bulb 1 so that the lead foils 5, 6 are located above and the external lead wires 3, 4 are located below, and one end section of the bulb 1 is collapsed and sealed via a high heat.

摘要： PURPOSE:To decrease the temperature of a plug so as to prevent breakage of the plug even if a fuse is arc-fused by fixing the plug containing the fuse at one end of each feeder to be connected to an outside lead wire of an incandescent lamp. CONSTITUTION:Metal foils 3, 4 are embedded in a sealing portion 2 formed at one end of a quartz glass bulb 1 serving as a translucent container. Inside lead wires 5, 6 are extended inside the glass bulb 1 from the metal foils 3, 4, and then, a filament 7 is interposed between the tips of the inside lead wires 5, 6. Outside lead wires 8, 9 are connected to the metal foils 3, 4, respectively, to be introduced outside of the glass bulb 1. Feeders 10, 11 are connected to the outside lead wires 8, 9, respectively. The feeders 10, 11 are extended through holes formed on a base 12, to the other end of which a plug 15 having feeder terminals 13, 14 is fixed. Fuses 16 are housed inside of the plug 15. In the case where an incandescent lamp with the lead wires is fixed to a luminaire, the temperature of the plug 15 can be decreased because the plug 15 is inserted into a socket in a point apart from the incandescent lamp.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability against a vibration and a shock, by providing an anchor in which a support is fixed to the inside of a translucent container, and a holder at the tip of the support holds a filament, and making the diameter of the support larger than the diameter of the holder. A filament 9 is provided between opposing inner lead wires 7 and 8, and the middle part of the filament 9 is held by an anchor 11 whose one end is buried in a glass rod 10. Since the gaps between pitches of the filament 9 is 1.4mm, the anchor 11 is composed by making the filamant holder 12 with a tungsten wire with the diameter 0.3mm, and the support 13 with tungsten wire with the diameter 0.6mm, in order to prevent a short circuit between pitches. And a sealing gas is made by adding a small amount of bromine to argon. Consequently, since no short circuit between pitches, and no arc discharge between pitches are generated, a burnout of the wire can be prevented.
