摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent soil and sand from plugging up drain holes or penetrating into a pipe and ensure smooth draining, by a method wherein half pipe bodies of a pipe intermediate are provided with drain holes in their flat surface part near a joint part thereof, and the pipe intermediate is bent at the joint part into a cylindrical form by opposing the flat surface parts to each other. CONSTITUTION:The pipe intermediate 2 is provided which comprises the half pipe bodies 1 roughly semi-circular in cross section and jointed to each other at side edge parts thereof in such a manner as to form a flat surface part. The flat surface parts 4 of the half bodies 1 are provided with the drain holes 5 near the joint part 3. The intermediate 2 is bent at the joint part 3 into a cylindrical form with the flat surface parts 4 opposed to each other, thereby forming a pumping-up part 6 opened on the lower side. Accordingly, since the drain holes 5 are located at upper parts of side walls of the pumping-up part 6, earth can be prevented from penetrating into the drain holes 5, and since the drain holes 5 are provided at the stage of the pipe intermediate 2, the holes 5 can be easily provided. In addition, since the lower parts of the half bodies 1 constituting draining parts 7 are in the form of deep grooves, smooth draining can be ensured.
