摘要： PURPOSE:To improve an adhesiveness of a resin base material to an internal layer circuit in a multilayer printed wiring board, without any possibility of the generation of a haloing phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:A treatment for forming the film whose main substance is the oxide or hydroxide of Si, Zr or Ti on the surface of a circuit provided on the surface of a circuit board is performed. Thereby, the surface of the circuit can be made into a coarse surface by virtue of the film made of the oxide or hydroxide of Si, Zr or Ti, and the adhesiveness of a resin base material to this circuit, which is to be an internal layer circuit in the case of manufacturing a multilayer printed wiring board, can be improved. Since these oxide and hydroxide are not dissolved in acids, there is no possibility of the generation of haloing.

CONSTITUTION:The surface of a copper circuit provided an a circuit board is treated with a hydroxyl group. Then, a coupling agent is let stick to the surface of the copper circuit. The banding between the hydroxyl group and the coupling agent enhances the bonding between the copper circuit surface and the coupling agent, so that adhesion between the copper circuit and a prepreg resin by the coupling agent is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To produce continuously a laminate using an unsaturated resin wherein the interlaminer strength of glass substrates is improved, by impregnating glass substrates with a blended resin liquid of an unsaturated polyester resin and an epoxy resin, and passing the resin-impregnated glass substrates together with other substrates between rolls to be formed into a laminate substrate. CONSTITUTION:Substrates 1 including at least one glass substrate are fed from each roll 2 and are dipped in each resin impregnating tank 3. Then a plurality of resin-impregnated substrates 4 that have been impregnated with the blended resin liquid are passed between rolls 5, 5 to be formed into a laminate substrate 6. Then a copper foil 8 is laminated to the laminate substrate 6, and the obtained laminate is cured by heating in a curing oven 10, then is cooled by a cooler and is cut by a cutter 12 to obtain a laminate (A) lined with copper. The weight ratio of the unsaturated resin/epoxy resin of the blended resin liquid is preferably 9/10-50/50.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of ripple or the like on a base sheet, a copper foil, etc. so as to obtain a quality laminate sheet, by moving a laminate obtained from an unsaturated resin-impregnated base material and pressing the laminate under heating that is kept in a semi-hardened state. CONSTITUTION:A metal foil is put on a belt-shaped base sheet of a base material impregnated with an unsaturated resin (e.g. an unsaturated polyester resin) using, if desired, a laminate, roll or the like to obtain continuously a belt-shaped laminate. Keeping the degree of cure of this laminate to be less than 60 (preferably 55 or below) measured by Barcol hardness tester, the laminate is pressed under a pressure of 10kg/cm (preferably from 20 to 100kg/cm ), at a temperature of 70 deg.C or above for a pressing time of 5sec or more (preferably 2min or more) to obtain a laminate sheet. Although it is preferred that the laminate in a semihardened state is cut, and the pressing is performed, it can be possible that the pressing is performed while the laminate is being moved if a belt press or the like is employed.
