摘要： PURPOSE:To simply produce a pattern panel having undulated grooves changing in depth. CONSTITUTION:A press roll 2 having ridges 1 formed on the outer surface thereof in the peripheral direction thereof and a press receiving roll 4 having grooves 3 formed to the outer surface thereof in the peripheral direction thereof are arranged in opposed relationship so that the ridges 1 and the grooves 3 are engaged with each other so as to provide an interval therebetween and the interval can be changed and regulated and either one of the press roll 2 and the press receiving roll 4 is supported in an eccentric state. A synthetic resin panel 8 held to a softened state is passed through the interval of both rolls 2, 4 to simply produce a pattern panel having undulated grooves changing in depth in the longitudinal direction thereof.

This device is provided with a pipe fixing chuck member 21 having an insertion hole of the barlike supporting member 23, a pipe fixing chuck mechanism 20 provided with a tightening fixing member 22 for the pipe fixing chuck member 21, a socket insertion plate 40 provided to cover a lower end opening of the socket 70, and a press-fitting jack mechanism 50 supporting a press-fitting jack 52 on a board 51 and provided with a plurality of cut-out parts 53 for receiving a part in the vicinity of a lower end of the barlike supporting member 23 to give press-fitting force to the socket 70 through the socket insertion plate 40 by the press-fitting jack 52.

Since the control head 7 is set at the temp. several tens degree lower than extrusion die 4, the hollow resin expanded material 2 is press-contacted and molded into a solid sheet shape and a resin foamed sheet A is produced.

When a molten resin supplied from an extruder 31 is sent to a crosshead die 32 side through a resin flow passage formed into a ring shape in section, the molten resin is made thin in the wall thickness between its outer circumferential side and its inner circumferential side, and heat is transferred from the spider torpedo 12 to the molten resin, so that heat is held uniformly at every portion of the molten resin. Accordingly, the kneading of the resin and a temperature at every portion of the resin are stabilized, and the resin flows in a well- balanced state; therefore, the occurrence of surging failure to an extruded product is obviated. Furthermore, since the less amount of corrosive gas is generated, frequency in plating treatment can be reduced.
