CONSTITUTION: In the front side of a main body box 1, a letter plate 11, a door plate lamp 12, an illumination switch 13 which turns on and off the door plate lamp 12, a doorphone subunit 14, a doorphone bell button 15, a image pickup apparatus(IPA) 16 consisting of a television camera and a sensor part 17 of a human body detector are provided. The human body detector has a detecting circuit 18 and the sensor part 17 which detects a visitor by emitting an infrared ray and receiving a reflected light from the detecting area. Output of the detecting circuit 18 is inputted to a control unit 20 and controls a transmission systems(TS) 19 consisting of a motor which turns the direction of the IPA 16. The TS 19 is controlled to have the IPA 16 turn the position of the visitor which was detected, and when the visitor moves, the IPA 16 is turned by the TS 19 and chases the visitor. A visitor can be imaged regardless of the mounting position and the restriction of installing location is reduced.

CONSTITUTION:A temperature sensor 4 is connected in parallel to a resistor 5 while acts as a resistor for a partial voltage together with a resistor 6. The partial voltage produces a comparison voltage. When the temperature in a mantle piece is not increased to a necessary heating temperature, an output from a comparator 9 is H, but when exceeding the necessary heating tempera ture, an output is decreased to L. With a transistor 11 turned ON, a fan 14 starts rotation by means of an AC source 1 serving as a power source. when the temperature in the mantel piece is not increased to a maximum safe tempera ture, an output from a comparator 16 is H, but when exceeding the maximum safe temperature, an output is decreased to L. Thus, a transistor 19 at a next stage is turned ON. With the transistor turned ON, an alarming display device, for example, an alarm 20, is actuated by means of an AC source 1 serving as a power source.

CONSTITUTION:A purifier 3 removes dirt in the hot water through a filter 32 for the hot water recovered near the water surface in a bath tub 6 from a water intake section 31 and the hot water through the filter is pressurized to be returned through a circulating water route 33 provided for returning the purified water from an outlet 41 to the bath tub 6. In the bath tub 6 a water level sensor 51 and water temperature sensor 52 are provided. The outputs of the water level sensor 51 and water temperature sensor 52 are inputted to a control device 5. After setting temperature the control device 5 is started, and the water level in the bath tub 6 is detected by the output of the water level sensor 51. If it is lower than a desired level, a hot water valve 13 is opened to supply hot water. If the hot water temperature is lower than a desired temperature, an additional combustion valve 23 is opened and then a pump 34 is operated by the control device 5 to remove dirt in the bath tub water.

When a room temperature is deviated from a set value, the air flow rate changeover switch of the hot-water heat exchanging fan coil unit 9 is operated through the other relay Ry2 10 whereby a predetermined flow rate of air may be obtained.

One end of the evaporating part 12 is connected to the water passage 10 consisting of a pipe connected with a hole 7a provided to the lower part of the water tray 7, and the upper surface of the evaporating part is connected with a heat conducting body 11 of evaporating part consisting of a plate-type conductive material connected with the radiator 5. The condensed water stored in the water tray 7 is introduced to the evaporating part 12 through the water passage 10 and permeated into all the water absorbing fabrics, and evaporated to the outside of the air passage 13 by the heat given from the radiator 5 through the heat conducting body 11.
