摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a panel heater which can strongly connect several heater elements and has improved productivity by a method wherein a plurality of heater elements are arranged side-by-side; a thermal insulation sheet and a rear sheet are piled at the rear surface, and a radiation sheet and a surface sheet at the front surface; a connection part having each of the sheets closely contacted to each other is formed at a clearance between the heater elements; and the adjoining heater elements are connected to each other in such a way as to be bent. CONSTITUTION:A rear sheet 3, thermal insulation sheet 2, radiation sheet 4 and surface sheet 5 are crashed at their front surfaces and closely contacted to the clearance part 7 between the adjoining heater elements 1 with adhering sheets 13 to form a connector part 7. The thermal insulation sheet 2 is formed of such a material as cross-linked foam polyethylene which is melted at a temperature higher than the heating temperature found in use of the heat-generating element 1. The surface sheet 5, radiation sheet 4, heater element 1, thermal insulation sheet 2, rear sheet 3' and adhering sheet 13 inserted between respective sheets are heated and pressed to adhere them to each other and in this case the clearance between the heater elements 1 and 1 is forcedly pressed at the front surface thereof, crashed at the clearance part 6, resulting in forming a connection part 7 between the heater elements 1 and 1.

On the other hand, a mat D suitably formed in the inner part of the flowpath of hot water H is separately formed, and the mat D is placed on the floor surface E of a washing place, and other ends of the hose 9a for feeding hot water and the hose 9b for exhausting hot water are respectively connected to the hose joining ports 13a and 13b.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to smoothly relieve air within the pump to a tank disposed at the upper part of a casing to prevent the pump from air meshing by disposing the tank at the upper part of the casing and disposing a pump at the lower part of a support of the tank. The other connecting port 17 is connected to one of connecting ports 18 and 18 leading to a radiator provided at the lower part of the casing 10 by way of a tube 53 crossing the inside of the casing 10. The other connecting port 18 is connected to a connecting port 25 at the lower part of the tank 2 through a tube 52.

摘要： PURPOSE: To burn vegetables or fruits by far-infrared rays with ease, by providing a heater in the inside of the outer peripheral face of a ceramic layer formed in the inside face of a cover body or a receive container. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic layer 3 is formed at least at either of the inside face of the cover body 2a constituting a container body 2 or the inside face of a receive container 2b and a heater 4 is installed at the outside of the ceramic layer 3. Cooking food 1 is put in the receive container 2b and covered with the cover body 2a and heated by the heater 4. The ceramic layer 3 is heated by the heater 4 and much far-infrared rays are emitted from the ceramic layer 3 to burn a food 1 to be cooked. Accordingly, the food 1 can be effectively burned by the irradiation of the far-infrared rays and the vegetables or fruits can be easily cooked. Since the inside face is the ceramic layer 3, the food 1 to be cooked can easily be peeled off even when the food contacts closely the inside face and the food can easily be taken out and the inside face is not easily stained.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make a frame-type foot warmer usable all the year round and enlarge the degree of freedom in putting feet into it and pulling them out of it to improve its usability for general purpose by mounting the plane heat generating body of a heater unit freely movably to cover substantially all the lower face of a ceiling plate. CONSTITUTION:On one face of a plane heater 3 a surface material 4 and a surface cloth 5 are pasted by adhesion and on the other surface of the plane heater 3 a temperature sensor 8 for a plane heat generating body 1 and a temperature fuse 9 are mounted. A heat insulating body 6 is provided on the plane heater and a back face plate 7 is pasted on the heat insulating body. A metal mounting member 16 which has a snap connection mechanism consists of a female metal member 16a and male metal member 16b. The female metal member 16a has at its open section a plurality of L-shaped spring plates 16c fixed on it which face each other and project towards the center of a cylindrical section 16c. The male metal member 16b consists of a projection 16f shaped like the knob of a bridge post which projects from the flat central section. A plurality of the male metal members 16b are fixed on the back face plate 7 of the heat generating body 1 so as to be positioned opposite to female metal members 16b. Because the ceiling plate of the foot warmer is provided with the plane heat generating body that covers substantially all the lower face side of the ceiling plate, the foot warmer can be used not only as a room heater but also as a dining table, sitting table and a table for work.
