    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a power source dedicated to the fault detection of an electromagnetic contactor by providing a load current detection part and a coil voltage detection part with a DC power source generation part as the power source for a decision circuit and a display part. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnetic coil 9 is energized, an AC voltage which is led out of a coil 10 by a coil voltage detection part 1 in parallel is transformed 11, rectified 12 into a direct current on a full-wave basis, and further converted 13 and 14 into a control voltage, which is outputted to the decision circuit 3. The constant voltage output from the detection part 1 becomes a signal showing energizing to the coil 9 and also becomes a power source for operating the circuit 3 and a display part 4. Further, when a motor 30 as a load is energized, a transformed current flows to the current transformer 15 of a load current detection part 2 at a constant ratio to a load current flowing between fixed terminals 6a and 6b and is rectified 16 into a direct current on a full-wave basis and converted 18 and 19 into a constant voltage, which is outputted to the circuit 3. Consequently, the constant voltage output from the detection part 2 becomes a signal showing that the current flows to the load and serves as the operating power source for the circuit 3 and display part 4.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent fusion of contacts and to realize long life of them by disposing an elastic member, which is made of an insulation material, on one side of a contact member and by disposing a touching piece on the other side so that the insulation elastic material is made to touch the touching piece before contacts touch each other. CONSTITUTION:When an electromagnet 29 is excited, a movable contact member 23 is pressed toward the side of a fixed contact member 24. Thereupon, before the movable contact 23a touches the fixed contact 24a, an elastic member 23b touches a touching piece 24b so that impact is relaxed when the contacts 23a and 24a touch each other, and so a bouncing operation is suppressed. When the contacts 23a and 24a are further attracted by the electromagnet 29 so as to touch each other, a part in the vicinity of a base end part 23d is pressed to separate the base end part 23d from a fitting member 35 and press the elastic piece 23. The contact member 23 is rotated around a fulcrum which is formed of a bump part 25a of a card member 25, and the movable contact 23a rolls on the surface of the fixed contact 24a. Point contact formed by respective contacts can be avoided to make fusion of the contacts preventible.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an inverter device for an induction motor capable of linearly correcting and obtaining an output waveform close to a desired waveform without being affected by a dead time. CONSTITUTION:A discriminating circuit 11 decides whether or not output voltage is kept in a positive region or a negative region on the basis of the phase angle of a control signal, and selects a discrimination level La or Lb corresponding to each region. A comparator 12 compares the selected discrimination level La or Lb and the detecting output of a current detector 10 corresponding to output currents. A computing element 14 uses an output from the comparator 12 as a trigger, determines the address of a ROM 13 on the basis of set frequency, and reads correction data from the address. A computing element 15 selects the correction value of the read correction data or a preset fixed correction value on the basis of set frequency. A compensator 16 linearly corrects a control signal during a period, when output currents are changed over, by the correction value selected by the computing element 15.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress contact wear and contact fusion and extend the life by providing a constitution formed of a first contact part made of low resistance material having a through hole and a second contact part made of high melting point material, and providing a shape memory alloy part on a part of a holding means to protrude the contact surface of the second contact part from the through hole at ordinary temperature and recess into the through hole at a determined high temperature. CONSTITUTION:Either of fixed and movable contacts is formed of a first contact part 3 made of low resistance material having a through hole 3a and a second contact part 4 made of high melting point material which is situated in a state capable of protruding and recessing in the through hole 3a and held by a holding means 5 springly energizing to the other contact side. The holding means 5 partly has a shape memory alloy part 5b to protrude the contact surface 4c of the second contact part 4 from the through hole 3a at ordinary temperature and recess into the through hole 3a at a determined high temperature. Hence, the arc generated by the bounce at the time of connecting the contacts is loaded by the second contact part 4 made of high melting point material to suppress contact fusion, and for the arc at the time of separating the contacts, cooling of the arc is accelerated by the presence of the through hole 3a of the first contact part 3 to suppress contact wear, and a long life can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a switchgear of high connection reliability and of long life contact by having the center of gravity of a movable contact plate almost corresponded with a normal surface that passes an initial connection point in connection actuation. CONSTITUTION:The width of a movable contact plate 1 is larger enough than the outer diameter of a movable contact 2, which is provided being deflected to one side from the center. A movable plate 3 is tilted to an opposite side 3c opposed to a short side 3b abutting on the contact plate 1, which is tilted in such a way that it is turned around an axis parallel to a straight line connecting the two contact points 2, to a fixed contact plate 5, in opening condition. During connection actuation, a movable board 3 is driven in the direction of an arrow W, is tuned against a spring 4, and is put almost parallel to the fixed contact plate 5, whereby connected parts of the contact 2, 6 are moved and high connection reliability is obtained. As the center of gravity of the movable contact plate 1 is correspondent with a normal surface L that passes a connection point c of initial connection, the movement of the connected parts starts when the connection pressure becomes large, whereby arc is hardly generated and longevity is promised.
