    • PURPOSE:To regulate play to an optimal quantity, by providing a base which is fitted with a movable bearing and has a fitting hole and a communication hole for causing the fitting hole to communicate with an end face of the base and by securing the base by a projections made by pressure deformation caused through the communication hole. CONSTITUTION:After one end 4 of a rotary body 1 is tentatively fitted in the mortise 5 of a fixed bearing 3, a movable bearing 8 is inserted into the tapped hole 23 of a side wall 22 and the fitting hole 19 of a boss 18. The movable bearing 8 is moved leftward further while a screw part 13 is engaged in the tapped hole 23. As a result, the other end 9 of the rotary body 1 is fitted in the mortise 10 of the movable bearing 8. The movable bearing 8 is then displaced to such a position that the play of the rotary body 1 due to the thrust is optimized. The play is thus adjusted. After that, a pressure deforming implement is inserted into the communication hole 21 to deform the body of the movable bearing 8 by pressure to provide a recess 24 and projections 25. Since the projections 25 are tightened on the inside surface 26 of the fitting hole, the movable bearing 8 is secured on a base 16.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the shape of a push up spring, decrease material loss and reduce cost by placing the push up spring without passing the axial center of an unlocking wheel and and hour wheel. CONSTITUTION:The shaft 14 is inserted into the positioning hole 17 of the push up spring 16 and so held between a boss 11 and another plate 20 that outer end of the width is restrained by the wall 15 of the boss 11, and a projection 18 is pressed by the plate 20 and held along a slanted face 13 of the boss 11. The push up spring 16 is placed without passing through axial center of the unlocking wheel 1 and hour wheel 5, and the position of a projection 19 and whole supporting position are so set that acting point of elastic pressing force is positioned in an extent Z formed by connecting an unlocking projection 8 and three of projection drop holes 4. When the unlocking projection 8 and projection drop holes 4 coincide, the hour wheel 5 moves in axial direction, and the tip of the push up spring 16 comes into contact with a fixed contact plate 21 and alarm sound is produced.
