摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bath agent composition capable of increasing the amount of dissolved oxygen in a bath water by a chemical reaction on putting into a bath tub and achieving a refreshed feeling after taking the bath, by a chemical reaction. SOLUTION: This bath agent composition contains an ionic compound increasing the solubility of oxygen in water (e.g.; sodium phosphate), a compound generating oxygen by a chemical reaction (e.g.; sodium percarbonate) and an enzyme accelerating this oxygen generating reaction (e.g.; a catalase). Besides, an aromatic material, a coloring agent, etc., can suitably be blended to the composition. Each of the compound generating oxygen by the chemical reaction and the enzyme can be used singly or by plural kinds simultaneously. By containing the enzyme, nascent state oxygen generated during the oxygen generating reaction can be rapidly converted into molecular oxygen and as a result, an ill effect caused by the nascent oxygen in the bath water can be avoided and the refreshed feeling after taking the bath is enhanced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce hysteresis of positive temperature coefficient of resistance(PTC) characteristics so as to improve accuracy of temperature control, by adding a sorbitol derivative to PTC heating element composed of a crystalline polymer and conductive particles. CONSTITUTION:Hysteresis of a PTC heating element composed of a crystalline polymer is liable to occur in fall rather than rise of temperature, however, an increase in crystallization rate during crystallization can reduce hysteresis. A solibitol derivative in formula (1) is added by 0.1-1.0 pts.wt. as cristal nucleous agent to the total amount 100 pts.wt. of crystalline polymer and conductive particles forming the heating element. Difference between the peak temperature in temperature rise and the peak temperature in temperature fall is thus decreased so as to reduce hysteresis. Addition of such crystal nucleous agent can minimize the crystal grain size and increase the crystallization rate without giving effect on the degree of crystallization.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an evenly distributed composition by putting a predetermined amount of carbon black in crystalline polyethylene having specific MFR, and preventing destruction of the carbon black during kneading. CONSTITUTION:Polyethylene is employed as matrix and its degree of crystallization is selected within the range of 60 to 95% and MFR is limited to 1-25g/10min so as to prevent distribution of carbon black from becoming uneven. The carbon black employed is hard to be destructed during kneading if it has a relatively large grain size, a small specific surface area and a structure that absorbs oil by a small amount. The use of a structure cross-linked by electron beams can heigten to a significant level the mechanical strength and heat resistance which are weak points of polyethylene of high fluidity. The carbon black is evenly distributed so that dispersion of the self-temperature control performance of the heating element is prevented.

An uncured photocurable plate body 90 to be cured at the following step is laid on the photocurable plate body 90 wherein a photocurable layer is formed 91, after that, an infrared ray lamp is irradiated thereon from the upper part thereof so as to heat the side of the uncured plate body beam 90. Thus, a molded article 9 is manufactured, having a three dimensional configuration wherein a plurality of photocurable layers 91 are connected and laminated to each other by heat- adhesion.
