    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a cation on the way of a feed water path by providing a washing tank, and a feed water means for feeding washing water, and also, providing a cation eliminating means for eliminating the cation in the washing water, and constituting it so that the eliminating action is executed only at the time of feed water in a heating/rinsing process. CONSTITUTION:Feed water is executed by operating a feed water valve (B) through a feed water valve (B)-control means 17. Washing water passes through a cation exchange means 10. In this case, a bivalent cation such as a calcium ion and a magnesium ion, etc., contained in the washing water is eliminated from the washing water by the cation eliminating means 10, therefore, in the washing water supplied into a washing tank 2. these cations come to scarcely exist. Therefore, since a white object is not generated in large quantities even if the washing water is heated in a heating/rinsing process, adhesion of the white object to tableware to be washed of the extent that it can be confirmed by visual observation is prevented. After the heating/rinsing process is finished, draining is executed by a drain pump 9, and thereafter, drying is executed by operating a heating means 8.

    • PURPOSE:To efficiently collect fine lint and dust, etc., and to easily detach and separate again these collected lint and dust by constituting integrally a containing part of dust of a first layer whose meshes are fine, and a second layer whose meshes are coarser than those of a first layer between each of them, and also, constituting it so that a second layer whose meshes are coarse comes to the windward side. CONSTITUTION:A filter device 13 is constituted so that it can be attached and detached freely to and from a filter cover 12. A first layer 13a for constituting the filter device 13 is constituted of that of several micron order of the fiber diameter by using nonwoven cloth consisting of, for instance, a polypropylene fiber, etc., and a second layer 13b is placed so as to cover whole surface of the windward side of a first layer 13a. A second layer 13b is constituted of coarse meshes for allowing dust to pass through comparatively easily. Also, the outer peripheral part and the inner peripheral part of a first layer 13a and a second layer 13b are formed integrally by a resin. Moreover, a filter device 14 is constituted radially in roughly a wave type shape, and also, as the raw material for constituting a first layer, statically charged nonwoven cloth is used.

    • PURPOSE:To produce an effective bleaching original to a bleaching agent without exercising an adverse influence on clothes and a detergent by a method wherein a bleaching agent charging means effects charging operation at a point of time when a given amount of water is fed at a rinsing process and when an agitating blade is operated, and thereafter a given soaking time is set. CONSTITUTION:When a washing process is completed, a rinsing process is entered, drainage of washing liquid at a washing process is effected, and thereafter dehydration is performed. After completion of dehydration, the feed of water for rinsing is effected. At a point of time when it is detected by a water level detecting means 9 that a given amount of rinsing water is fed, a signal is outputted from a process control means 10 to a motor control means 11 to run a motor 5. Running of the motor causes rotation of an agitating blade 3 through a reduction mechanism 4 to effect agitation of rinsing water and clothes in a washing drum 1. After the start ing of agitation, a signal is outputted from the process control means 10 to a bleaching agent charge control means 14 to drive a bleaching agent charge means 8. This constitution prevents reaction of the bleaching agent itself to a detergent component for cloths and produces an effect originally possessed by the bleaching agent.

    • PURPOSE:To surely clean inside of a washing trough by equipping the washing machine with a function to automatically perform an intora-trough cleaning process using a trough cleaning detergent, and actuating the intra-trough cleaning process with a special input setting means. CONSTITUTION:After water is supplied 14 into a washing trough, a trough cleaning detergent is cast in 15, and upon agitating 16, leaving 17 is made as a process of cleaning. This is followed by agitation 18 again, and water is exhausted 19. To rinse inside of the trough, water is supplied 20, and upon agitating 21 again, water is exhausted 22. The washing machine concerned is equipped with a function to automatically perform the intra-trough cleaning processes except the detergent cast-in process 15. When a power switch 23 is put on in the condition, e.g., that a rinse course setting switch 26 and a dewater time setting switch 27 are depressed simultaneously, this intra-trough cleaning process is actuated.
