    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a frequency change rate-temperature characteristic to be satisfactory, to miniaturize and lighten an oscillator and to save power by constituting the oscillator of a langasite structure single crystal which is formed in a prescribed outer size and first and second electrodes having electrode sizes decided by a relative relation with the outer size of the single crystal and which are arranged on first and second principal faces. SOLUTION: A langasite structure single crystal as an oscillator for digital temperature control oscillator (D-TCXO) properly selects a cutting azimuth for oscillator by the constitution element. In the oscillator for D-TCXO, a first electrode 11 is provided on the surface of the structure single crystal formed in prescribed size/form and a second electrode at the back. The optimum electrode sizes of the first and second electrodes 11 and 12 are relatively decided against the outer size of the langasite structure single crystal as the oscillator. Lead wires 32 and 31 connected to terminals 21 and 22 are connected to the first and second electrodes 11 and 12.

    • PURPOSE:To record/reproduce/erase information at a high speed with high accuracy by adjacently or closely arranging the side surfaces of two magnets to each other, whose magnetization directions are vertical to the surface of a magneto-optical film along an anisotropic axis direction and are opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:A bias magnet 4 is constituted of the prism-like magnets 5A and 5B whose magnetization directions are opposite to each other and an iron yoke 6. The magnets 5A and 5B are stuck to the lower surface of the yoke 6 in a state where their inner side surfaces are adjacent to each other to be stuck, and positioned above light spots 13a and 13b respectively. In the magneto- optical film 2b below the magnets 5A and 5B, bias magnetic field whose pitch is small is formed to be in the vertical direction to the surface of the film 2b and in the opposite direction to each other. Thus, the spots 13a, 13b and 13c are respectively used for erasion, recording and reproducing, thereby accomplishing the high-speed and high-accuracy recording/reproducing/erasion.
