摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the delay of goods receiving by a method in which a resident who went out inserts a record coard into a common entrance device and locks an entrance electric key, when the arrival of home-delivered goods housed in a home-delivery locker is displayed on the common entrance device. CONSTITUTION:An indoor device 3, a common entrance device 4, and a home- delivery locker 10 are connected to a centralized controller 16 through lines 15. A resident pulls out a card 2 from a card pocket device 1 when he goes out and inputs 'absence' into the device 16. On the other hand, goods delivered are housed in a locker 13 by putting the resident number into a point-key 12 when delivered and then by unlocking the locker 13, and the display lamp 5 of the device 3 is lit through the controller 16. When the resident who come home inserts the card 2 for unlocking the electric key 7, the arrival of goods is known by the lamp 5 and a speaker 7, and the goods are received by unlocking the locker 13 by the card 2. The delay of delivery can thus be prevented.

At the time of receiving the 2nd channel using instruction signal, the CPU 31 switches a video signal receiving adaptor 35, so that the TV 39 is connected to the 2nd video signal 4 through a branch 6 and a contact M of the adaptor 35 and a video signal obtained by a TV camera 13 in the 2nd entrance slave machine 1b can be displayed.
